My husband had an appointment for a possible tooth extraction. After taking several sets of X-rays, the dentist came in to consult us. He never introduced himself, went straight to looking at the "problem" tooth. After 30 seconds of looking, he informed my husband that all of his teeth needed to be pulled. We were both in shock. The dentist never explained what he saw on the X-rays to us. Nothing. We were then brought into the office and were given the shocking price tag over his oral surgery. When the shock wore off after getting back home, I looked at the breakdown of everything that they were going to charge us for. To say the least there are charges on there that are highly questionable and inaccurate. Thank God we didn't pull a trigger on any of this. The dentist did say we could get a second opinion - we are doing just that in about a week.
Worst EVER! This is the modern version of a traveling quack dentist from 100 years ago. They have ONE singular purpose, and that is to pull all your teeth so they sell you dentures and implants, as they have contracts with these companies. I paid an extra $250 for the pill to put me out, 3 of those later and I'm still wide awake and totally able to feel everything. They proceeded to painfully yank every one of my teeth. (I went in for a tooth ache, and came out with no teeth at all). The dentures they then made for me were completely Unable to be worn, and cracked almost immediately. Save yourself the agony, go to a real dentist. Some insurance companies refuse to cover their services because they are so horrible.
Awesome crew while I was there!!! I needed to get dentures, and have all of my teeth pulled for it. We decided on a Tuesday it was the best option, they had me in that Friday to get it done! After all that, I am in minimal pain! To make things even better, I wasn’t supposed to have my dentures until the following wed, but they had them all made and ready to go! Thank you to my care team!!!
They are horrible of calling their patients back. Listening to their problems or even scheduling them. My partner goes here and has spent over two months, calling them trying to get scheduled for his root canal, but when I call them demanding to be scheduled for my partner, they suddenly listen but with a Passive aggressive attitude acting like it wasn’t their fault. Absolutely ridiculous
Had my first appointment here and waited for an hour in the lobby. Went today at 8am for my second appointment they didn’t unlock the doors until 8:05 didn’t get to even check in or speak to a receptionist until 8:25 all the meanwhile the front door remained locked and the staff were relying on other patients in the lobby to stand up and let others inside, apparently no one could unlock it? Waited for 1hr and 15 min before being called back just to be turned away because my blood pressure was too high? Clearly 1hr+ wait times here are expected and normal. Will absolutely not be returning and would never recommend this office to anybody. Truly wasted my time this morning waiting here for people to do their jobs while I could have been at work.
