Great customer service and staff. Went in for a regular checkup and cleaning.There was no pressure for any additional services. Everyone I came in contact with was polite and helpful. Anissa, the hygienist was exceptional- took the time to explain eveything she was doing.
Everyone was terrific. I had a great experience with Dr. Deena. And Jennifer, who checked me out, was exceptionally helpful in explaining costs, next treatments and scheduling my follow up appointments. Jennifer was so helpful, and is a great rep for the practice. We'll done everyone!
Over the past two years, Aspen Dental in Martinsburg has repeatedly rescheduled my family’s appointments, and the pattern has become impossible to ignore. On December 23rd, they called to move my appointment to January 29, 2026. Then, on January 27th, they called again to reschedule due to staffing issues with their hygienist. This constant turnover and last‑minute rescheduling has been a consistent problem. My family of three goes to this location, and the inconvenience has added up. I even contacted the corporate customer service line to give them a chance to address the issue. I was told the office manager would reach out within a few days, but it has now been over two weeks with no response. I’m not someone who complains easily, but the customer service and staffing instability at this office have been extremely disappointing. If you value reliability, I would recommend finding a dental office that isn’t struggling with ongoing staffing issues. It’s frustrating that they never returned my call, yet if they were trying to sell me something, I’m sure they would have reached out immediately.
Pretty decent experience. So glad they take Medicare Advantage Plans. They need to put their patient forms online instead of figuring out their handheld contraption. Not understanding why they didn't to the cleaning the day of the visit. At least everyone spoke English that you could understand.
I had a great first visit at Aspen Dental. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Everything was explained clearly, and the office was clean and well organized. I’d definitely recommend them.
