I have been visiting Aspen Dental Medford office for over two years. I am currently undergoing Motto invisible alignment treatment, and even though my treatment is not yet complete, I am already extremely happy with the results. Dr. Chikersal has done an exceptional job explaining every step of the process, which made everything easy to understand. She took the time to answer all of my questions and is always kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She truly knows what she is doing and ensures everything is done right. The entire office staff is wonderful. Jasmine at the front desk and Hannah are always so kind and helpful. Ines is the best hygienist I have ever worked with! I leave every cleaning feeling like I have brand-new teeth. I also really appreciate the appointment reminders by email and phone. With my busy schedule, that level of care means a lot and helps me stay on track. This team is always supportive, and I am very grateful for the continued care I receive as I complete my treatment. I highly recommend this office and their outstanding team. Thank you all for the excellent support and care.
I needed a tooth pulled and had unique circumstances with this tooth. They did a wonderful job considering It was a hard tooth to pull and they made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The dentist Justin Chow, DMD, and the whole team were great. I highly recommend this specific location if you’re in the Medford area.
It was a really great experience meeting Hana, Ines, and Julie at Aspen Dental. They welcomed me warmly and truly made me feel special. Their services was amazing—full of laughter, great communication, and professionalism. I’m so glad I had the chance to meet all of you. I had such a great experience at this office. Dr. Chikersal was super thorough, explained everything in a way that actually made sense. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and genuinely care about their patients. Hannah, the dental assistant, was just as awesome. She’s kind, easy to talk to, and made the whole visit feel way less stressful. She checked in on me the whole time and kept things comfortable from start to finish. Thank you all so much!
My first trip to the dentist in a very long (way overdue) time. Everyone from check in to checkout made me feel very comfortable and not at all judged! I want to specifically mention Hannah who was with me throughout the majority of my time there. She was extremely supportive and made sure I was comfortable at all times.
