I’m late with this but I wanted to say thank you to everyone who helped me out with my first visit and dental care. I went in for an exam and came out with the knowledge of my teeth and the care to help keep them healthy. The cleaning was complete and treatment plan was very clear the dentist who came and checked my teeth and gave me a full and detailed explanation of the procedure and the full dental cleaning and care was done the same day. The staff is friendly and very professional and helpful! Even the orthodontic referral was very helpful too. Thank you Aspen Dental! I think the next three months won’t come fast enough. 5 stars just isn’t enough for this location!!
Dr. Fleming is amazing! Her entire team shines in comparison! They did in 1 hour what my last place has pushed off for a year to do for my son and that's a consult to get a game plan going for his work, narrow that work down into sessions, and get everything worked out with insurance. My last place kept giving us the runaround with insurance and they had insurance ready to go in 30 minutes of the hour that we were there. This was all at the very first visit and he's already ready to go for the work! I can't thank them enough for the game plan and hospitality! Would do a 10 star if I had the option 😉!
I have mixed feelings. The staff is great. They’re down to earth, comforting etc. Clean office and soft music playing. I have a true phobia for Dentists. So, They have helped with that in a way Now down to business….. I don’t particularly like the way it’s being handled. Cost has been changed on me twice, now. I know for a fact that we agreed on one thing and got there to not have it. I’d love to say it was a simple mistake but the way my wallet is setup …. It definitely ain’t simple! I’m not done with them yet. We’ll see how everything goes.
This dental facility is top Rate! I went in for a tooth extraction today. I have never been to Aspen Dental before, this was my first visit today. All the staff were very polite and super friendly to me. Dr. Fleming did an outstanding job on me. I was so impressed with the service I received today I switched my dental care to Aspen Dental. All the negative reviews are overwhelmingly surpassed by the 5 star reviews received from other customers including me. Thank you Aspen Dental for an exceptional experience today!
I had a wisdom tooth removed here, and unfortunately the experience was not good. The dentist was extremely rough and didn’t take my pain seriously. I tried to let her know I was hurting, but she didn’t slow down, offer more numbing, or check in with me. It made the whole procedure feel rushed and inconsiderate. Patients deserve to feel safe and listened to, especially during something as sensitive as oral surgery. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and improves their bedside manner.
