I had an outstanding experience at the Aspen Dental office. From the very beginning, Dennis in the scheduling department was incredibly kind and efficient, managing to schedule my appointment the same day as a new patient. DA Laurie was amazing and made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the intake and X-ray process with her warm hospitality and excellent bedside manner. Dr. Cunningham provided great dental advice and was very personable, which I truly appreciated. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone. The office is clean, well-organized, and the staff are incredibly helpful and caring.

Dr Cunningham and her staff went above and beyond! I am traveling and will be on the road for another few months but had a dental emergency! She very graciously squeezed me in last minute and did the dental work in less than an hour to get me stabilized so I could see my dentist at home in a few months. I was not a patient of aspen dental but will definitely look for one at home now! Thank you so much!!! It was such a kindness which seriously helped me out so much! And she also did great work and was very conscientious to make Sure everything felt ok. I wish you would come to Buffalo! Thank you!

As a new patient, I had an exceptional first experience at this office. My appointment was on a busy Monday morning, and I got lost on the way. I called the office, and the front desk lady, Evelyn, was incredibly kind and patient. Despite being busy and helping other people in the background, she stayed on the phone with me until I safely found my way. She was a lifesaver! Upon arrival, I was welcomed by Zach the lead dental assistant who was amazing and so compassionate and knowledgeable from the start to finish to process. I was nervous about the radiation from the X-rays, but he thoroughly explained the process and put my mind at ease. He told me about their new, modern equipment that provides the best images for the dentists while significantly reducing radiation exposure for patients. My dentist, Dr. Laura Cunningham, was wonderful. She was very attentive and took the time to understand my situation. She reviewed my health history and explained all possible treatment options in detail. I was especially impressed that she asked for my opinion and involved me in the decision-making process, truly respecting me as a patient. She even gave me both near-term and future options based on my specific situation. Finally, the office manager, Phyllis, was very transparent when explaining the charges on my bill. As a new patient, I appreciated the discount, and she made it clear that they strive to make all patients—new and old—feel welcome and satisfied with their high-quality care and reasonable charges. I am so glad I found this practice and highly recommend them!
