My wife and I recently changed dentists because we needed to find one who was in network with our insurance. We were referred to Aspen, and proceeded to make appointment to get started. Going to the dentist is not our favorite thing to do, but the people we met, made our experience very pleasant. After our initial appointment which involved full set of X-rays, and evaluation by the dentist. Then we were informed on what they recommend we needed done, which was not as much as our previous dentist said we needed done. We also were told up front what the cost would be, and what financing was available. They took time to answer all questions we had. On our cleaning appointment we both had Tala as our hygienist, and she was very friendly and professional. So far we are very happy with our experience, and would recommend them to anyone who is looking.
The dentist is not a place I like going to. Ever. But there wasn’t a second I felt unsafe or uncomfortable at Aspen. Every person there smiles at you or says hi even if they are not tending to you. They explain everything before starting, and they fully understand looking at options or moving at the pace that makes you comfortable. My appointment was 5 hours ago and I’m still amazed how kindly I was treated!!
Had my first tooth extraction, so I was a bit nervous. Dr Mantha and her dental assistant took great care of me from start to finish. They were both very caring, compassionate and comforting. They were both amazing! I highly recommend Aspen Dental!
Had another amazing experience with Aspen today. I’m so appreciative of how the ladies always interact with me. Twice I’ve heard the way some patients speak to the girls who work there and they always remain so patient and respectful. Truly grateful for the way they have always treated me!
This was my first appointment, which was just X-rays and an exam, but I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The doctor was amazing and took the time to explain everything clearly while promptly answering all of my questions. The entire team was kind, patient, and welcoming. I have very high anxiety when it comes to the dentist due to a traumatic experience as a child, and they truly made me feel at ease. I felt heard, respected, and cared for throughout my visit. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone.
