Mom had needed the last of her teeth pulled for quite awhile. She is elderly and doesn’t like to leave the house. She developed an abscess in her gum and we had to take quick action. Her insurance is limited, and it was going to take weeks to get her into a doctor it would cover. We were able to get an appointment at Aspen within a couple days. Without insurance, we asked them to pull the most probable culprit to at least ease her pain until we could see the covered dentist in April. Dr. Kapoor was concerned that just pulling one may not help, because all nine were badly decayed. He offered a generous discount to just pull them all right now, and made that option affordable for us. Mom doesn’t have to go to at least two more appointments down the road, and she is already on the road to full recovery. Thank you Dr. Kapoor, Kat and the entire team at Aspen Dental, Mishawaka!
Honestly it's the first time I've been treated without judgement for the entire process. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable, and great quality services. Even though I've changed my mind more than once, the lady at the register was very patient and always ready and constant in her friendliness, patience and understanding.
Aspen Dental was a great experience! Nobody likes to go to the Dentist, but they were very friendly, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable! I had two post implants, to permanently attach my bottom Denture.
They are all so very nice dr kapoor and kat have been wonderful during both extractions. George and Zak explained everything they were doing. They are all friendly up front when you come in and when you call. I’m glad they are my dental choice.
Everyone was super friendly and explained everything very thoroughly. Was a lot quicker than expecting. Thanks to Dr.kapoor , Lindsey , Kat, Candace and Destiny such a great team. Great experience overall.
