Absolutely the nastiest Dental office I have ever seen. I didn't feel comfortable getting Dental work done, so I asked to leave prior to work being done. They did print me off a copy of the Xrays that were done. I then made an appt down the street. Staff was nice. This older lady in the lobby was absolutely a tool. Coughing everywhere and not once covered her mouth. Then started calling me stupid repeatedly because she could hear me talking to staff explaining why I wanted to cancel my appt. That wasn't addressed at all, by noone. You can visibly see dried saliva that has been sprayed all over the room and dust and dried what ever on the utensils they were gonna use. Even on the walls were they had grabbed things with their dirty gloves. 🤮
I love my hygienist, Ruchi. I am disabled and she takes extra time to help me. She listens to my concerns and takes action right away. I would give Ruchi 100 stars if it were possible. The office staff are always friendly and helpful. They explain what the charges are for my visit in a way anyone can understand.
Dental assistant Madisyn is wonderful!!!! I have severe dental anxiety and she made the whole experience so comfortable, made me feel as if I was just chatting with an old friend. The whole staff is friendly and kind. Great experience!
I was never told of an outstanding balance until my kids were there for their appointments (which I had already coordinated time off school and someone to take them) only for them to refuse service unless I paid immediately. What they said the charge was didn’t make sense bc I have insurance so I wanted to talk to my insurance first. I had to cancel the appointments which is super inconvenient because now I need to reschedule someone to take them to a dentist appointment (SOMEWHERE ELSE).
I had an excellent experience on my first visit today! Dr. Patel, Neida and staff were all amazing. They really made me feel incredibly comfortable. Their friendliness and professionalism really stood out. Highly recommend!
