I was experiencing some acute tooth pain and the team was able to see me the next day. The whole process was incredibly easy. It has been a few years since I’ve visited a dentist and there was absolutely no judgement from the wonderful staff. Kendra is the most bubbly DA I’ve ever met and immediately put my mind at ease. Kaitlyn, the hygienist, explained everything about my assessment very eloquently and made sure I left with all of my questions answered. Dr Evans was very thorough with my exam and was very easy to talk to. Amy, the operations manager, helped me pick out a payment plan that fits my needs and life. I couldn’t recommend this organization more!!!! I’m so happy I found them and soon, my teeth/gums/mouth will be just as thrilled!!! Thank you, ladies! You have a forever patient.
My experience overall felt like a roller coaster ride. The lovely ladies that work there made the whole process easier to understand and they took care of my needs! Kendra is kind and educated, and Veronica assisted me though the payment and treatment process!
Aspen dental is amazing! I do not have insurance and need a root canal done and so many other things, they have a discount program and a monthly payment option. I can actually get my teeth fixed and treated. I am just so grateful, I have never had a dental office try to help me and work with me like Aspen. I’m just amazed and so happy right now.
Everyone is very professional and they don't judge. Kendra did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and was very sweet and professional. The manager Amy is also amazing, always willing to help and makes sure you get what you needs.
All of the ladies who work in the Aspen Dental Clinic office at University Town Center in Morgantown, WV are wonderful to deal with. The ladies were not only helpful & gentle, but also patient with me because I asked a lot of questions. I am very happy with my visit to the Morgantown, WV Aspen Dental Clinic & I will be back for more work to be done in my mouth. ☺️
