I had an emergency and needed 2 veneers cemented back in. I was not an existing patient, but they saw me right away, and handled my issue promptly and professionally. My regular dentist was closed today. TY to Paul, Niru, Kerri, Ben and Dr. Moreno (and the young lady that took my initial call and got me an appointment). For the second time ,since moving to this area almost two years ago, Aspen Dental saved me. The staff is absolutely incredible. They made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. They resolved the issue I had quickly and professionally. I went to two other dentists that could not help me and offered no solutions. From the office manager to the dental assistant to the dentist, I was pleased. I highly recommend them!
I went here for the first time today. The quality of everything I experienced was good- the cleaning, X Rays, etc. However, I was brought back for my appointment 20 mins late, and the hygienist forgot that I was there so I sat in the chair for a half hour in the middle of my work day waiting for my cleaning, unaware that she was on the computer in the area next to me. I asked to be shown the bathroom, came back to my stuff being moved to the front and was told that she had a cleaning before me, I would have to wait an additional half hour, and I was charged 60 dollars for the appointment (which my insurance has never charged me for). Come to find out with my itemized receipt that this was for a fluoride treatment I haven’t received from a dentist since I was 12 years old. I spent 2 hours in the middle of my work day, mostly waiting for someone to take care of me. I believe the quality of the dentist office is good, but I believe there is a severe lack of communication or lack of organized system that I have never experienced from a dental office before. I am scheduled to go back for fillings on three separate dates, and the only reason I am considering returning is because it is the only office near my work that takes my insurance.
Great dental office. I’m traveling and had a sudden dental issue. I made an appointment online, I was able to get an appointment at 9am the next day. Really fast service and very polite staff. Highly recommend.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This office is ridiculous. They were unable to schedule an appointment properly and kept promising again and again that the doctor would call me back—but that never happened. I had a crown done there, and it didn’t even last one day. They had to redo it three times before it was finally done. The staff clearly does not care about the quality of their work or their patients. I only went to this office because my insurance covered very few places, but at this point I would rather change my insurance than ever return here. I will never go back to this office again
