I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental. I stopped in last minute to complete finance paperwork for my mother’s dentures, and Robin was absolutely phenomenal. Even though it was near the end of the day, she never rushed me. She took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all my questions, and even stayed late to make sure I had everything finished so my mom could get scheduled as soon as possible. Her patience and kindness meant more than she probably knows. I also want to recognize Mel, who worked with my mother during her consultation. My mom couldn't stop talking about how genuinely cared for Mel made her feel. She treated her with kindness, respect, and understanding, which made a very vulnerable appointment much more comfortable. My mother has needed this done for nearly a decade, and it's taken a significant toll on her mentally and emotionally. Thanks to Robin and Mel, she'll be going in early next week and walking out with a full set of teeth for the first time in 15 years. She is beyond ecstatic! 🥹 We are incredibly grateful for the compassion and care they showed our family.
Wonderful team of people. I had 2 wonderful techs that did all my X-rays and evaluation. Hands down the nicest pair to work with and one had a future hygienist on the way. Very exciting. My doctor bless her did all she could to be nice about my situation but I'm humble I knew the reality of my situation and we were able to settle on a good comprehensive solution. She walked me through all my possible options and she let me know what her professional opinion was. I couldn't be happier with our plan. The finance side. The usual point of disappointment for me and the reason it's taken this long to take care of business. She was amazing we were able to get me enrolled in a financial plan that works for me. Over all it was a great experience I'm looking forward to finally taking care of my dental problems. Thank you to all the wonderful ladies at Aspen dental in North Charleston. 😄
I have been coming to Aspen dental, myself and my special needs son for at least 8 years..I travel 15 miles to this clinic. Simply amazing amazing, every single person treats my son as if he were their son, my son gets all the attention...melts my heart. Ideal with cancer here and there so they are extra careful with my services... I give every single staff member a 10plus... They are amazing, such compassion, soooo caring...and again just the way they cater to my special needs son is so touching... 10...10....10....they all deserve a 10 plus...

I switched to Aspen after visiting another dental office. The experience I had from check in to check out was absolutely amazing. I worked with Robin on the financial aspect of everything and she was so awesome. I definitely felt seen with such a stressful process. They made this easy for me. Thank you all!
