The BEST dental expierence! They are very willing to work around your schedule, even when you have to cancel last minute because of life happens moments. My experience at Aspen Dental – Novi was excellent in every way. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the high level of organization and the warm, welcoming staff who truly care about patient comfort. Dr. Kallabat was highly professional and took the time to clearly explain my condition and treatment options with honesty and clarity. He made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the visit. The clinic is very clean and equipped with modern technology, which made the entire experience reassuring and stress-free. My visit was beyond amazing the ladies at the front were very kind happy to help me through the process everyone was amazing from the dental assistant to the hygienist the dentist was very knowledgeable and really wanting tge best treatment plan possible the women at the end handled the financial part great she got me approved for the right financing plan. Definitely go here if want the best care possible.
I was looking for a new dentist after my previous one of 40 years retired and one that took my insurance. I came upon Aspen Dental Novi and I'm so glad I decided to go there. Dr. Kallabat and the entire staff treat me with kindness and respect. Despite my care for my teeth, I ended up with a few surprises and Dr. Kallabat treated each issue with patience and professionalism as did each staff member that worked with him. I highly recommend Aspen Dental Novi for all your dental needs.
10/10 customer satisfaction here. The doctor is so patient and welcoming and understanding, listened to me as I explained what I needed and what I wanted my mouth to look like. I had 3 crowns done after my exam and one root canal. I personally have a huge fear of the dentist but the whole team was comforting and calm and talked me through every detail and made sure I was on board with the plan. They worked with my busy schedule, the doctor even made a balloon animal for my son because I had to bring him with me. Very pleased with my new smile, thank you Aspen Dental and Dr. Kallabat for showing me it doesnt have to be scary to get care.
