I had a really great visit! Autumn was the dental assistant that took my x-rays and she did amazing, she was soo sweet! Amber, the hygienist was amazing as well I really appreciate her for fitting me in to get a cleaning last minute and she made me feel really great celebrating with me for keeping up good hygiene at home. The dentist that did my exam listened and gave me clear answers about everything we spoke about! Carla, the other hygienist there was the one who actually did my cleaning and she was soo cool! and gentle in the areas she knew I had concerns about. Overall, my experience in the office today was positive and I really appreciate everyone that took care of me today!! ❤️❤️
I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. I came in due to a toothache, and the entire team was kind, patient, and very thorough. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood my treatment options. I felt well taken care of and would highly recommend them to anyone.
I had to get 2 wisdom teeth pulled and one additional tooth I was super scared and anxious. I also have terrible dental anxiety and the dentist walked me through it explained everything and his assistants were also very wonderful. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and ready to go for the extractions and the numbing of my mouth! One hundred percent would recommend and go back there. Thank you for all you do Aspen Dental ☺️
I can’t say enough about the staff at this office! I spent 8k at another dentist (family dental in crestwood) and had nothing to show for it. Absolute disaster. Came here and literally two weeks, two partials and a crown later, I’m so impressed with the work they did. My partials feel and look great! They’ve restored my confidence. I highly recommend them especially if you have allot of work that needs to be done. Additionally, I had allot of issues and not once did I feel judged or uncomfortable.
Aspen Dental corporate office should provide training to this location on how to appropriately and respectfully treat patients with disabilities. I have read about lawsuits involving over billing patients, denture problems, and nerve damage caused during dental procedures. They tried to charge me $4544 for a root canal. They were in network with my insurance and my insurance covers 100%. After reviewing the paperwork, they only said my insurance would cover $200. The out of network office only charge me $1000. Because of unprofessional and this horrible experience, I will not be going to an Aspen Dental location. (I would give them no stars if I could).
