Powered by GoogleOlivia was wonderful (awesome dental assistant by the way). Aspen dental in Pittsfield is amazing. They always listen and make sure I am comfortable and completely numb. I have a hard time with getting numb and they make sure I am before doing anything, even if it means multiple injections to do it. The staff is very helpful, never had a problem here. I have severe anxiety when it comes to dental work and they are very understanding about it. Dr. Javid was very nice and understanding with my issues. Thank you so much for everything.
Had an excellent cleaning done by Victoria, she never fails to make anyone and everyone welcomed and relaxed! :) Dr. Javid was great and very thorough for the exam portion of my appointment. Job well done for the two of them definitely recommend Aspen for everyone including myself, looking forward to my next appointment:)
Be careful. I was signed up for an expensive procedure at Aspen Dental, and found a $200 charge for a water floss on my invoice. After switching dentists I learned that the procedure was not necessary (excessive billing). The dentists and staff are great, but the investors who own the business do not have your best interest at heart.
I was in for an extraction without full anesthesia. The dental assistant Kheisiym was so nice, made me feel feel relaxed. The dentist did an Amazing job, pain stopped immediately after removal. So fast, so painless. Highly recommend the dental services at Aspen Dental in Pittsfield, MA.
I had a toothache and was looking for a dentist that accepted MassHealth. I called the number listed online, which routed me to the main Aspen call center out of state. The woman who answered the phone was very kind and helpful, but she told me that my local Aspen office accepted MassHealth. (I had asked if they take Fallon, so it’s possible there was some confusion there.) I was able to get an appointment surprisingly the same day. However, when I arrived, I was told at the front desk that this location does not accept MassHealth. Because I was already there and in pain, I decided to pay out of pocket just to have the dentist take a quick look. The dentist who delt with extractions and root canals, unfortunately came across as brash and rushed during the exam. When he looked in my mouth, he gave an annoyed sigh. Then tested for pain sensitivity. Having spent only a couple minutes checking the issue, which made the interaction feel uncomfortable. That said, everyone else in the office was incredibly sweet, kind, and helpful. I really appreciated how friendly the rest of the staff were. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE: After posting my original review, the on-site manager reached out to me directly. I genuinely appreciated the time she took to call and discuss the situation. She was sincere in her concern and offered a thoughtful apology, which meant a lot. While my initial experience led me to leave the original review, I do want to acknowledge the professionalism and effort the manager showed in addressing the issue. It’s clear she cared about making things right, and that level of customer service deserves recognition. Thank you for taking the time to follow up and listen.
