Aspen dental has been nothing but amazing. The assistants Emma and Sam helped make me feel comfortable and ease my anxiety. Dr Kim was very knowledgeable and gentle which is great. 10/10 experience and will be coming back.
I had an amazing experience while having an extraction done by Dr. Kim and the dental hygienist (I forgot her name). You wouldn't normally equate a good experience with such a painful procedure but nonetheless Dr. Kim was very quick and efficient. Keeping in mind to minimize my pain before and after the procedure. I have also had multiple fillings completed by Dr. Lee and each time he made sure to listen to my feedback in order to insure they were done the outmost satisfaction. I have had the worst experience with my previous dentist; not only by their lack of quality but also being dismissed with concerns of pain or something not feeling right after a procedure. If you want a dentist that explains everything from beginning to end and their goal is for you to be pleased with whatever procedure they are performing on you. I would highly suggest you give them a call. They have great availability and also do Walk-In appointments if it's emergency. They also work around your budget and offer different financial options.
Every thing was done on time and with a professional approach. Dentist spent enough time with me and make clear observations and recommendations for my dental requirements. Specialists were appropriately called in to provide additional advice and support for the examination. Well done.
Dr Kim has been nothing but unprofessional and problematic all day today. He attempted to extract a tooth but failed to do so and sent me to Epping location to have it done by a MUCH more professional dentist. The dentist in Epping was great and she completed the extraction. She said Dr Kim would call me in a prescription for pain because it was an extensive surgery. Well he's refusing to do so saying that the doctor that completed the abstraction needs to be the one to send in the prescription. I'm sitting here at my pharmacy in extensive pain while they bicker and argue whose job it is to send the prescription. Don't walk but RUN away from Portsmouth location...😵💫🤬
Amazing, thoughtful and compassionate staff, will work with anyone financially, emergency services on the spot and same day. Visiting Aspen after two bad experiences elsewhere will not go anywhere else. Thank you Aspen Dental.
