I had a great first appointment at Aspen Dental. The staff was polite and friendly. I had the pleasure of working with Anastacia and Layaly, and I have nothing but good things to say. I brought my mother with me, and it made me very happy to see how well she was treated. I know we were a bit of a mess going back and forth since she speaks Spanish and I had to interpret for her, but the staff made everything easy and comfortable. I will definitely see you all again at my next appointment.

This office is really efficient but I want to specifically shout out, Kristie, who always makes me feel completely comfortable and at ease each visit. She shows such warmth, kindness, and compassion that it always feels like I’m being taken care of by a close family member. She has the best bedside manner of anyone I’ve ever experienced. She has always made each of my appointments feel genuinely exceptional. Whatever she is getting paid, double it because the level of dedication and warmth she provides makes the experience well worth returning.

My father's overall experience was not horrible but could have been a little better. The dentist himself was more into himself than his patients. He made my Dad uncomfortable when reviewing his x-rays saying things out loud that should have been kept to himself or told to his hygienist in private. It made the beginning a bit scary for him. Explanation of payments could have been more thoroughly discussed when they call an elderly person. The best part for him was Kristy, if it wasn't for her I think it would have been a complete fail. She was kind and patient and explained things to my father's understanding. We would always request her and no one else so if you want to feel welcomed I would definitely ask for her.
