Worst place ever. They do work that you can't afford. They just don't know when to stop. They had my bill so high. It was ridiculous. Then I had work done with a bridge ordered. Never got my bridge so I never went back. Had to take a loan out for the astronomical bill.
I was extremely pleased with every aspect of my experience with Aspen Dental. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. Staff and doctor were honest, thorough, VERY professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. The whole place was spotless and welcoming, and the service was fast. I got in the next day as a new patient with zero waiting around. Another thing that really stood out was their handling of an insurance issue. For some reason, my insurance wasn't covering the office visit, and they wouldn't even let me pay upfront. Instead, they told me not to worry about it and they'd wait to see if the insurance eventually goes through. Basically, they trusted me to pay later if necessary. Most places would've demanded payment immediately. Their trust and understanding goes a long way, it really makes me want to make sure they get paid in full, even if I have to pay out of pocket. I'm genuinely considering bringing in a couple dozen donuts for the staff at my next appointment...or maybe something better for the teeth! They truly deserve it. Highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking for honest, professional care.
I went to aspen in Saginaw, Michigan, complaining of a toothache. I was treated with respect. They took care of me at aspen. The whole staff there especially, Dr.Patrick Perry. They were very attentive and helpful in attending my needs. They pit my mind at ease and made sure i was well taken care of. I appreciate them
Holly and Brittany were fantastic. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Krysta is a wonderful manager and does her job very well. Her staff was excellent and it was a wonderful experience. Didn’t wait long for the appointment and was in and out for my first appointment, 30 minutes earlier than expected. 10/10 would recommend.
They cant figure out how to properly bill insurance. I went in Jan 2025 paid while there for all uncovered expenses. Got a surprise bill for a covered services Nov 2025. I did their job called the insurance and gave them the proper codes to submit. Dec 2025 got the bill again I called the insurance and they never resubmitted the claim so I did it on their behalf. Jan 2026 I was sent to collections. If you love surprise bills for something your insurance covers this is the place for you.
