Powered by GoogleI have been going back and forth with Aspen Dental for a denture implant. I was assured (after being failed by DDS Dentures and Implants) who initially installed 4 implant studs, 1 of which failed and was removed, that Aspen Dental St Peters office could replace the failed stud and give me a new implant denture with 4 studs. I allowed Aspen Dental to replace the stud and create a new replacement implant denture that would fit and work out perfectly for me. The issues began with the temporary denture they created for me after adding the new stud. The temporary denture was ill fitting and caused me extreme pain. I had to visit the office numerous times to get a somewhat comfortable fit. Everyone who knew me knew I had a denture due to how it fit. It completely altered my facial appearance and caused me to only go out when absolutely necessary. I had to wear this ill fitting denture for 6 months! When I finally received the final denture in March or April of 2024, I was happy for a while. The new denture was also ill fitting and numerous adjustments were made, however, I kept having problems with the new denture and it broke in half while I was on a vacation in December 2024! I had to wait until I returned home to get into see the dentist. I was informed the new implant stud failed and would need to be removed and a new replacement denture would have to be made using only 3 studs. I was told that I was being transferred to the Aspen Dental Wentzville location because the dentist at the St Peters location was leaving to go to Texas! I allowed the Wentzville office to remove the failed stud and make a new denture which I was unknowingly charged for!!! In February of 2025 I received a new implant denture. I have been back to the Wentzville office numerous times (at least 7 times) this year (about every 3 weeks) due to a tooth popping out here and there! On one occasion a dental assistant told me “oh that happens all the time” I was appalled!!! The last time I had to go to the office for a tooth that popped out, I said to the tech “can I go at least 3 months without having a tooth pop out of this denture”!!! Well I got my wish, it’s been 3 months since I had to go back. December 1, I went on a vacation with my husband and the first night a tooth popped out. Mind you these are front teeth. I am so disgusted and disappointed with the level of care and nonchalant attitude of Aspen Dental. Each time I have been to the office for this issue, multiple staff members will walk by snickering like my pain, suffering and embarrassment is funny!!! I have been embarrassed to the hilt, my self esteem has taken such a hit that I am totally depressed
Audrey did a phenomenal job making sure I was comfortable as well as providing excellent service towards my deep cleaning treatment. The dentist is very kind and knowledgeable when it comes to examining your entire mouth and creating a tailored treatment plan , she also did a great job on my filling. All of the staff here is super kind and friendly. , I cant remember their names but both girls who work in the front of the house are very nice and professional as well. This is an exceptional dentist office!
I will never be back. Neither will my family. First off, I came in almost a year ago. Was told I needed this $6000 specific cleaning. I sat with the finance lady. Was told that my husband and I make to much to get a payment package. Okay. Whatever. I came back today to get cleared for a surgery. She immediately came in and a snooty voice said that they would not clear me until I did that cleaning. I asked if I could do the basic cleaning. Was not no. I explain that we can afford the care. That I needed a better option. I was told, and I quote "Well, thats just the system. So yeah." She would not work with me to find an affordable solution. So today, I called other places. And got estimates. For the exact same cleaning at all other places (I called 10 other offices) I was priced between $1500-2500. Not to mention that the other dentists that I called all know what EDS (Ehlers-Danlos syndromes) is and that EDS can cause reciting gums that are not diseased. They also said the chances of me having paradontal disease with absolutely no symptoms, no cavities, no sensitive, is almost impossible. Aspen dental is overcharging and misdiagnosing!
JJ at the front desk is so informative and kind , he most certainly has the patient best interest in mind.molly who did the ex Ray and impressions was so friendly and explained things so well also the lady that manages the office Veronica was great at explaining the opinions of the different grades of dentures and prices and wasn't pushy or worried about sales, I felt she had my best interest at heart. Great experience and quick service
I had an appointment at 10:30 am. I arrived at 10:38 am to my appointment. I didn’t leave until after 2pm. I was hungry and tired. I had a deep cleaning. I was concerned about 3 different assistants walking into the room while I was getting my filling and crown job done. They were consistently switching out dental assistants which concerned me because I didn’t see they put on their gloves. All 3 were in and out. I never experienced this in my life. No one didn’t explain to me the crown procedure. I was absolutely not aware that my tooth would be cut all the way down to put a fake tooth on top. I preferred to keep my real tooth if I knew that from the beginning. I was informed that there was a risk of cracking the tooth if I did the filling. But still if I had more knowledge on the procedure and saw a video on the procedure, I would had took the opportunity to think about what I’m doing before deciding. I would had got a filling instead of the crown if I would have had a better explanation of what the crown procedure details. The doctor that started my crown procedure is not going to finish the procedure on 2/26/26 which disturbing to me because she started the procedure. She informed me she was only in that office working for two days. I need consistency and one certified dentist working on my mouth matters. My mouth is sore and there is a sore in my mouth from the drill. I have a sore in my inner lip that was numb when I received the shots. That part of the lip is close to where the doctor was drilling. She was hitting that part of my lip which is bleeding. My lip is swollen and I have a headache.
