I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental in Saugus, MA. The entire team is professional, welcoming, and truly patient-focused. A special thank you to Laurie , other DA’s and front desk for being so kind and helpful throughout my visit. The hygienist, Richard, was extremely thorough, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable during the entire cleaning. Renne runs the office very efficiently and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The doctors and dental assistants were knowledgeable, caring, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can really tell that teamwork and patient care are their top priorities. I highly recommend Aspen Dental Saugus to anyone looking for quality dental care in a friendly and professional environment!
Highly recommend Dr. Laurie , Dr.Malek. unbelievable caring compassion patience. I got a tooth pulled. Unbelievable beautiful how they explained step-by-step of the whole procedure made me feel extremely relaxed to someone who is scared of the dentist. I would recommend them rate them a 10 plus. I have been a patient of Aspen Dental for well over 30 years. They are the friendliest and most efficient and accommodating teams I’ve ever had. I had a cleaning the other day and Lori and Rich were the team that handled me which I’ve had both of them before, and I can’t say enough about them friendly caring on the ball with everything very informative every step of the way and they just make a pleasant experience I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Saugus and the team of Lori and Rich. Good going guys.
Laurie took pictures for my Invisalign. She was very caring and making sure I feel comfortable and informed throughout. Richard, as always, is an exceptional dental hygienist. My teenage son and I love having Richard as our dental hygienist. He always makes our day whenever we visit the office. Thank you.
