I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff (Jessica and Susy) were very friendly and professional; they clearly explained the registration process and the wait time was minimal. The environment is very clean, modern, and inspires confidence. The doctor (Dr. Song) and the team took the time to listen to my concerns and explain each step of the treatment before starting. I really appreciated that they used simple, clear language and never rushed, answering all of my questions. During the procedure with Naveen he was very careful and attentive to my comfort, checking in frequently to make sure I was doing well. The technology and equipment they use are clearly high quality, which gave me peace of mind. Lisa was also very transparent about costs and treatment options, which I value a lot. I never felt pressured to accept unnecessary services. The final result exceeded my expectations. I left very satisfied with the work performed and the care I received. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic to family and friends for their professionalism, attention, and excellent quality of service. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, clean place with staff truly committed to their patients, this is a great choice.
Dr. Song and his dental team gave m excellent care this morning. It was my first visit and they were so welcoming and friendly. They were even willing to write me a doctor’s note for work and be accommodating of my work schedule. Jasmine has great bedside manner and was very attentive during the exam process. I would highly recommend this Aspen Dental location.
I recently visited Aspen Dental in Schaumburg and was blown away by the warmth, professionalism, and quality of care. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me like family and made me feel completely at ease. I would not come here if you are on a financially tight budget. I came here because I heard they had affordable cost and insurance plan you can buy through them, I don’t have dental insurance so i decided to try them out. I needed a tooth pulled that had been cracked. Everyone who works there was wonderful to me besides the dentist- and that’s the most important person! I did not want to commit to a large payment plan because I don’t have the money to. I wanted to get the minimum work done that i could at this time and then get more work done in the future. I paid for a tooth extraction, cleaning and one filling on a tooth he told me was very close to needing a root canal. Once I came back in for the filling he refused to do my filling because he wanted me to commit to a larger plan for the future. I told him I can only afford to do one thing at a time and I do not want to commit to any more payment plans. I still have to pay off what I just paid for. Dr Song told me to my face that they are trying to make the most money possible and they are “for profit” organization and I should find a non profit community outreach organization or a dental school (I do not qualify for the school based on my gag reflex problems I already tried to go there). I was not complaining about the prices I never once said they charged too much or anything, I just said I can’t commit to any more money. I just wanted a filling. He also told me “if your house is on fire and you only spray down one room with water, you’re not doing enough in your whole house is still gonna burn” Meaning that I need to commit to all this work or fixing one tooth won’t help, which is absolutely not true- many people do one thing at a time slowly. I want to reiterate that the front desk worker and the hygienist and the finance ladies were very kind and they also were very confused by his lack of professionalism and willingness to do my filling that I already paid for. I am going to be checking out a different location and hoping for better professionalism and better service.
I would have to say having not been to a dentists for sometime, Aspen dental was nothing but welcoming, and understanding. They were very clear and concise on what it is I needed, and how to help me. Answered all of my questions and I will be returning.
