Dr Emerson and Skyler were amazing! I have never gotten work in so fast ever at any dr office. I called, was told to come on in, got there checked in at front desk and was immediately called to the back with not even a single minute wait. Front desk clerk was very helpful and kind also. Thank you guys very much
And they only deserve one star because of the lobby decor .. I brought a 72 year old man into to see them about getting dentures or implants . Things did not go as planned . His teeth were infected needed to be pulled that day ( we had prior ER Visit & Dr visit for infection due to teeth) all ASPEN DENTAL wanted to do was show my friend the type of implants he needed even took him in finance office to offer loan NOW THEIR MAIN concern should have been getting those teeth out of his mouth they were dentists ( they could have pulled some of them ) but they never offered they just wanted to see how much money they could get out of an elderly person I AM NOT EXAGGERATING AT ALL . He was hurting needed antibiotics & pain meds ( the old elderly man received Nothing at all ) I cannot believe these people have NO COMPASSION OR DECENCY DIDNT EVEN MENTION DENTURES .. Unprofessional at the highest extent … Really unethical .. I was very disappointed an still am mad about the ordeal … dentist @ Aspen you guys should go back to school to improve your skills and basic compassion ( I don’t think you can teach that in school ) it’s called Morally sound .. I’m telling all my friends not to attempt to go here … you guys should step up your game in a big way … Being compassionate and and caring is not a given trait obviously they didn’t or don’t have it . You should be ashamed of yourself. Oh the star was for the lobby furnishings…
Very disappointing. My teeth broke, can't eat, nothing can touch the area without pain, could be infected, cant sleep at night but I can't get seen this week bc I'm an "establishment patient and need new x-rays". No one cared about the pain im in even expressing it over and over. But will be called if there is a cancelation. Talked to two different office personnel. But NO I can't be seen for another week! This is my dentist! That I choose bc my husband liked them. I called the 855 number. She said she would transfer me to the emergency line but got transferred to my own phone number. I give up. When I wasn't an established patient I was seen the same day.
The team was so attentive and kind to me as soon as I walked in. The receptionist was so kind and explained my payment upfront and all of the options. The hygienist and dentist were so kind, answered all of my questions, and reassured all of my worries and rambling. Lol! 10/10 great people, very welcoming, will be sticking with them through my dental treatment :)
