I am so pleased with the work that Dr. Windmiller did on my front two teeth. She did an amazing job!!!! Her and her staff are very professional and friendly. I love that she actually listened, was always informative about procedure, and made sure there was absolutely no discomfort. Thank you so much for my smile back!! You all did an amazing!!! Thank you, thank you!

Best dentist ive ever been too. Front desk knew my name even as a new patient. Dentist was very fast and professional. Highly recommend. First dentist ive ever been too hasn't made me worry or afraid of going back. They have definitely earned a new patient

I switched to Aspen Dental last year and couldn’t be happier with my decision. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and takes the time to answer all of my questions. I always feel comfortable and well cared for. I highly recommend them to friends and family!

I hate leaving bad reviews. Lately I have had more issues than what it's worth. From billing errors to incorrect diagnosis on crowns/fillings. I met with a new dentist on my latest visit who said I needed 5 crowns (2 immediately at $3,243 total). Keep in mind, I visit regularly and consistently without this type of issue. It was totally out of line from my prior exams and statuses. I took the X-Rays for additional opinions and got new X-Rays and Scans from a well-regarded location shortly after. It appears I needed just one filling (much smaller operation). No issues outside of that, and overall clean bill of health. Following my last visit to Aspen, I received an insurance EOB that my visit was covered, but I did not receive a refund. The correct information was not input on the insurance claim and now I'm working to get Aspen/Insurance coordinated so I can close out what is due back. The main billing line for Aspen appears to be outsourced (no luck after a few calls), so I highly recommend trying to get in touch with the local site for issues, as they are usually easier to work with.
