I came in with my husband for an emergency visit. They were very quick, extremely knowledgeable- walked us through everything, and they had tons of pricing options available! The hygienist was wonderful and the doctor very straight forward and clear. I personally didn’t have any work done but the girl at the front desk- I’m sure she does tons, Andy was AMAZING. So bubbly and fun while still being very professional and caring. She explained everything to us and gave us a full scope of what we were looking at - which I appreciate in today’s world. I really liked her.
Today was my first time at Aspen Dental at the Forum. I was seen promptly at my appointed time, x-rays were done quickly by a friendly and courteous technician. My initial screening was also done by a very friendly technician who documented my dental needs, answered my questions and was done quickly and very efficiently. The dentist and office manager were extremely friendly and helpful. I’m glad I went to Aspen and I would definitely recommend them to all of my family and friends. Thank you! 👍🏼JS
I had an excellent experience getting my teeth cleaned at Aspen Dental in Selma, Texas at The Forum. My hygienist, Clarissa, was absolutely amazing. She was very nice, had a bubbly personality, and was very talkative in the best way. She took her time with my cleaning and explained everything thoroughly so I could easily understand what was being done. I truly appreciated the care, attention to detail, and hospitality she provided. If you’re looking to get your teeth cleaned and want a great hygienist, I highly recommend Clarissa at Aspen Dental in Selma.
The entire team is fantastic. A well oiled machine. Underwent crown pre-treatment and a deep cleaning and truly enjoyed my experience. They work with you on payment plans should you need one. They keep you posted on upcoming appointments and are courteous and informative every step of a way.
I was misled into visiting this establishment under the false impression that they were part of my insurance network. Imagine my surprise when a routine root canal—a simple and routine procedure for most dental clinics —was outsourced to an unaffiliated dentist completely outside my coverage. This forced me to seek care elsewhere, yet they still had the audacity to bill my insurance for a glorified “consultation” and a casual chat with their dentist. It’s painfully clear this place operates more like a referral factory than a dental office. They’ll happily polish your teeth for appearances, but anything requiring actual skill is farmed out to third parties. And judging by the other patients I encountered, this isn’t an isolated incident—it’s their business model. If you’re looking for comprehensive dental care, look elsewhere. This is little more than a middleman masquerading as a clinic.
