First visit to Aspen Dental. Setting up an appointment was very easy and done online. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful giving directions to filling out paperwork and processing a first visit to Aspen Dental. Dr. El Reda worked very efficiently and options for dental work was very clearly explained. Office Manager Shauna Smith was very helpful with planning and setting up follow up appointments and she gave great advice on things to consider for these follow up appointments. Overall, great service and hospitality and friendly staff!
First dental experience I’ve had in years where they didn’t make me feel like crap for having really bad teeth. Dr Katherine El Reda & Shauna Smith were super professional and polite, as was all other staff I interacted with. It’s the dentist, it’s not like I had a great time but overall they made things easy and smooth. Edit: it’s been a week later, they said they’d call me back days ago. They did not, I ran out of antibiotics and I’m in pain waiting for a phone call I’m not probably not actually gonna get unless I call them first.
They have been great with me since I first starting going to them! Always friendly , very helpful with any questions or concerns that you may have. I have never had an issue with anybody that i've ever dealt with there the whole team is great! Also if your unsure of something they are more than willing to help you figure it out. Definitely recommend!
I love the assistance name Amaya, idk if spelled correct but she is very good. She know when to rinse and dry. Very very good. And doctor Katie was very good also. Light handed. So far so good. The clinic is very clean and smell good also. The Financial manager if thats correct, she was very nice. The desk worker is very nice also I think she's a new worker. But she is very nice and talkative!❤️
I was very hesitant about returning to Aspen, but am very glad I did. Katie was very knowledgeable and so patient working with me. The dentist and associate were the same, I felt confident with their guidance in pulling the 2 teeth at the same time. This was a whole new crew from the last time I was there a few years ago. I will be returning for future work!
