Powered by GoogleI have been to this location many times and this is by far the best visit I’ve experienced. Morgan (Mo) did an excellent job of taking caring or me through and through. I had to get X-rays; an examination and a bridge prep and Mo was there throughout to make sure the procedures went flawless and make sure I was comfortable and understood what to expect each step of the way. She also set me with Manny to get a cleaning and a whitening today which was awesome because it saved me a trip as I am a small business owner and extremely busy. Thank you Mo! You rock! I would also like to give thanks to- Ashley for welcoming me when I got there and getting me checked in and back right away. Cynthia for helping during my initial exam (she has worked on me in the past and always does a great job) Maribel for helping me understand my costs and although I paid over 3k for the visit she almost made it painless to fork over the cash, almost, lol. Dr. Trehan for making it painless as possible and getting it over fast with and the bridge prep went super smooth. Manny for being able to get me in same day for the cleaning and whitening and I am extremely satisfied with how it turned out. Thank you Mo and Aspen Dental!!
Maribel and Ashley were amazing people so welcoming and friendly. Maribel love all the advice she gave me. Dr. Trehan was so nice and understanding was straight to the point on what he want to do and gave the best options. Came in nervous and walked out so calm that I chose the right place to go too.
Edit bc I can’t respond, I have tried and tried to give them opportunities to fix this issue and the team there will Not work with me. I will NOT go back and pay more or allow my insurance to pay more for you to fix what should have been an issue in the first place! I only just paid off the 6k from care credit I should have never let them talk me into! Horrible experience. … Zero stars if I could. I know it’s been a while since I was in but I just found out from my new dentist that these incompetent dentists left half a tooth in my jawline. The last time I tried to make an appointment they gave my appointment away to someone else. They insisted they did not give me an appointment yet. I had the appointment reminder card in my hand and showed them and then they said oops sorry it was an error. I drove an hour to get there and they told me they made a mistake and gave my appointment away to somebody else, but if I wanted to wait until noon four hours away, I was welcome to wait. Give me a break. Your mistake but I have to pay for it. Ridiculous. They never did get my permanent dentures fitted properly. I can’t even close my mouth with them in. This hole hole in my gums, I thought was a sore from these temporary dentures ends up being an actual tooth you can see on the new x-ray. The entire roof is there and they just broke it off and left it! I don’t recommend them to anybody for anything. I have nothing bad to say about the hygienist except they told me they were giving me a toothbrush and it ended up causing me over $100. And that they would give me new heads there when I need them and I’ve never gotten a single one of them! Just save yourself the time and headaches and BS and just go somewhere else.
Mo, Manny, & Ashley had excellent customer service.. very patient with me and explained my questions that I did have. BUT: my experience with Aspen was awful. I went for an appointment was told I had a wisdom tooth issue, it was an infection and I would need antibiotics and a light pain med. When it was time for me to check out I went to the desk and during that process I asked “Diana” did I have ANYTHING that needed to be paid, she told me “no, this was a comprehensive dental exam, it’s covered by your insurance there is no fee owed today”… and I LEAVE. 24hrs goes by I notice there is no antibiotics called into the pharmacy, I call Aspen THEN I was told in order to get my antibiotics filled I had to pay $50 to the dental office for them to call in my antibiotics. I called and spoke with Ashley, she explained to me that it is a charge to have your prescriptions sent to the pharmacy for you because it’s a “emergency visit” or something like that she explained I may not be using the right wording but, I then asked “Why was I NOT told this yesterday when I was here and I asked at check out did I owe anything?” I told her I thought that was weird to me because I’ve never been to a dentist office that sees you as a patient tells you that you need antibiotics then does not call them in because you must pay for the meds to be sent to the pharmacy. I called my insurance and found out Aspen is a big Money grab! How can you bill me for a “comprehensive exam” which is covered by insurance then say “well it’s a $50 charge for us to send your prescription”… SO I actually went to another dentist and took my Aspen records and expats that I got and what do you know, I was given ANTIBIOTICS, and a lighting med went to my pharmacy without a charge because I became a patient and as part of that appointment IT COMES WITH IT! Even the dentist went to couldn’t believe that even if that was case Aspen should have explained that and told me “THERE WILLBE A CHARGE TO HAVE YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS CALLED TO THE PHARMACY” he said he was confused why they are charging patients to get their meds called in, it’s something that comes with being a patient, he told me any provider that will send you home with a infection and want to charge you to have them simply e-scribe a prescription to a pharmacy is more about MONEY and not the care of the patient, and he was correct. I recommend NOBODY goes to aspen dental and the receptionist I spoke with was RUDE AND NASTY, she told me”stop yelling at me” and I literally was not I asked her a question and she KNEW what they were doing was BS as did not want to answer my question, she kept saying “stop screaming at me” and I LITERALLY was recording the call so my insurance could hear it when they told me “it’s a $50 charge for us to send your medication to pharmacy” and in that recording on my iPhone I did not yell at that lady NOT ONE TIME, she used that as an excuse to hang up on me 3x, when I called back the 4th time I got ASHLEY, she was very nice, respectful and pleasant. She don’t even belong there she should work elsewhere with nicer and more compassionate ppl like herself. On a scale of 1-10 Aspen gets a 1. I reported them to my Insurance and sent that recording as well. They can not be trusted.
Great service ! Highly recommend. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff helped get me through the process much faster and Getting my motto aligners was so easy! So glad I came in. Thank you all for your help you did a wonderful job.
