The sweet lady that did my grandpa’s x-rays and exam was excellent. Such a great attitude and he really appreciated her playful banter. Chelsea was also excellent and very informative. She went over all of our options with us and tried to get us the best price for our situation. We really appreciate the help we received today and we will be back! Thank you again!
The entire team was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel calm and supported throughout the visit. They didn’t rush me or pressure me, and they genuinely cared about my comfort and well-being. The staff and dentist were so gentle and reassuring, which meant a lot to me during such a stressful situation. I’m very grateful for their compassion and professionalism. I highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone, especially if you’re feeling nervous or dealing with a dental emergency. They truly made me feel safe and cared for.
I wish I could give this place negative stars. I came in for a suspected infection and waited over an hour just to be seen. As a new patient, my X-rays were done by a trainee who clearly didn’t know what she was doing. I was told I had a severe infection life threatening infection and was quoted over $3,000. Talked to the manager and asked what I could do for now so I wouldn’t die. I chose antibiotics and two extractions, so about $500. At my extraction appointment, I waited nearly two hours again. I was not properly numbed and felt the procedure. I was crying in pain while the doctor struggled to remove one of the teeth, even saying he’d “never had anything like it” in his five years of practice. It was excruciating. To make it worse, they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. When I finally tracked it down, the pharmacy couldn’t fill it because the doctor wrote the dosage incorrectly. They told me this happens a lot with Aspen unfortunately. They tried to contact them to fix it but the office was closed. I called all the numbers after that, no one answered emergency lines until my 8th attempt and the on-call doctor never returned my call. I was left in unbearable pain with nothing but Tylenol. The negligence and lack of aftercare is unacceptable. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
The dentist office isn’t my favorite place but from time to time I have to show up there. Great friendly staff! From the front staff all the way through my service everyone was so sweet and friendly!! Chelsea is my girl! She takes her time and she very informative. Love her!!!!
Let’s be real—no one enjoys going to the dentist. But Aspen on Ezell has figured out how to make it an enjoyable experience. Everyone I interacted with there today was awesome, from the ladies at front reception to the hygienists to the doctors and even the business manager (and I’m sure it’s hard to get people to like you when you’re the person who tells them how much they have to pay). I had an extraction case that looked difficult, and Dr. Haas and the team communicated honestly and clearly with me about my options. Dr. Haas was willing to try, and with a hand from Dr. Mike, they successfully completed the procedure—and I didn’t even have any pain during it! I so appreciate the judgment-free care and straightforward communication from everyone at this location. This is truly the best dental practice around.
