I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Aspen Dental office on the Newport Highway. I have been coming here since 2019 and the staff and the doctors are highly trained and very professional. Dr. Gupta has wonderful patient skills and is fun to work with. Great sense of humor and Dr. Ahmad is wonderful as well and always takes the time to talk with me about Fishing and other fun things that we share. Shianne is a fantastic medical assistant and gets everything prepared in a timely manner and is very professional with great aspirations to move higher in the Aspen Dental environment. Vivian is a terrific manager and sat down with me and spent time walking me through the Financial end of getting a complete set of dentures while exploring more permanent options that I will look at down the road. She was very patient and very informative. Overall, I would not ever think about going anywhere else or having any other dental office in the Spokane area work on my teeth. I trust them only to Aspen Dental. Thank you all for being so very professional and fun to work with.
I had an amazing experience at Aspen dental with Hannah! She was incredibly professional and easy to talk to, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. I was nervous about getting work done on my teeth, but she took the time to address all my concerns and put me at ease with their expertise and calm demeanor. The results are fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Aspen Dental and talking to Hannah for anyone looking for top-notch care!
Isabella in the front office was absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, patient, and genuinely caring. I was pretty anxious about my procedure, and she immediately picked up on that. Instead of brushing it off, she took the time to talk with me, keep me grounded, and help me feel calm and supported. Her demeanor alone made a huge difference in how comfortable I felt going into my appointment. It’s rare to find someone who can make a stressful situation feel manageable just by the way they show up, and she truly has that gift. Dr. Ahmad Kateb is, without question, one of the most knowledgeable dentists I’ve ever met. He doesn’t just tell you what needs to be done, he explains the why behind it in a way that actually makes sense. I never felt rushed, pressured, or talked down to. Instead, I felt educated, respected, and confident in the plan of care. After going to dentists for over 20 years, it was refreshing to receive insights and advice I had never been given before. You can tell he is extremely skilled, but even more importantly, that he genuinely cares about his patients and the quality of his work. This office sets a completely different standard for what a dental experience should feel like. Between Isabella’s kindness and Dr. Kateb’s expertise, the entire visit felt thoughtful, professional, and reassuring. If you’re someone who gets nervous about dental appointments or just wants to be treated by people who truly know what they’re doing and actually care, this is the place to go.
So I went in cause I'm needing new teeth. They take x-rays, sit me down in tge chair. Doc looks in my mouth for maybe 30 seconds, says ok good thing is you have enough bone for implants, let just pull them all and get you implants. No conversation about what my expectations are or even options. Shuffle me off to another room ,run my credit, then tell me $7500 fot just the bottom plate. Wife just hot a top plate and bottom partially for $2500 less. I feel they were super unprofessional and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth Would not recommended
I recently had a great experience at Aspen Dental. I went in for two crowns and a small filling, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. The staff took the time to explain each step of the process, which really helped ease my nerves.
