From the moment I walked in, the front office staff made me feel so welcome. Mrs. Beverly was incredibly kind and pleasant upon arrival, which immediately put me at ease. The office itself was spotless, clean, and very well organized, creating a comfortable and professional atmosphere. Lexie did an amazing job taking my X-rays—she was gentle, efficient, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Moss was extremely educational and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which I truly appreciated. Phillip in hygiene was also fantastic—very knowledgeable and informative, and he made sure I understood each step of the process. I was also grateful to receive an oral cancer screening, which shows how thorough and patient-focused this office truly is. Overall, the entire team works seamlessly together, and the level of care and professionalism is outstanding. I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else.
Thank you, Aspen Staff in Starkville. I found everyone professional & welcoming. My first visit was thorough & my level of comfort was constantly evaluated by everyone from the Reception, & the excellent Dental Hygienists. They made sure I understood what was happening now & what would be next. Dr Moss reviewed my x-rays & history & set up a realistic treatment plan. Alesha was great explaining the billing process. I'm actually looking forward to my next dental appointment!
I booked a same day appointment, hoping to have an opportunity to have my teeth cleaned. Although, everyone was nice, I didn’t end up getting what I wanted due to the fact that they were closed! I ended up being there over an hour after they closed!
First and foremost, I would like to say that this place is very clean. From the moment you walk in, the person at the front desk treats you very well; the doctors and assistants are excellent people who clearly explain the treatment plan that needs to be carried out, and they help you find a payment plan that suits your needs. I really appreciated the doctors' sincerity and empathy. I highly recommend this place.
I truly enjoyed the love and compassion shown to me at Aspen Dental. I previously had denture from Affordable dentures and had the worst experience. I was sceptical, but their service was top tier and assisted me in getting my dentures quickly and professionally. Thanks to the Starkville office, I was able to attend my meeting with a smile of confidence. Thank guys.
