Just had my first appointment back after five years and Aspen Dental was nothing short of amazing. Ash, Hope, and Rami the doctor all made me feel extremely comfortable, and like I could ask any questions with no problem at all. They didn’t judge me, and I’m leaving feeling confident and like we have a solid plan to move forward. Thanks for all your help, I will be back!
I had checked out several practices in and around Centre County. I was so happy that I chose Aspen Dental. The staff was warm and friendly. They explained everything to me that was going to happen. Dr. Dao my oral surgeon was very skilled, I never felt the injections to numb my teeth. The Doctor extracted my teeth with very little discomfort. Sutured my gums , and put in my temporary set of teeth. I was very impressed with the care the entire staff provided. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who needs help to restore their smile 😁. Daniel was amazing taking the pictures of my mouth and getting me ready to see the doctor made me feel no shame about the condition of my teeth. The doctor did not pressure me to do anything just made suggestions and when I told her I would prefer to pull it tooth and Joe root canal she was more than happy to oblige. Kayla was very kind helpful at explaining the Aspen savings program and was more than happy to assist me with financing but did not pressure me to do so and give me guidance on finding the proper insurance for my care. The most important thing about this visit is that I did not feel shame about my teeth and I did not feel pressured to spend thousands of dollars to fix my smile immediately. I will be returning for my extraction and hopefully for the rest of my services.
I have been pleased with all aspects of Aspen Dental, great service checking in, Operations Manager, Stephanie, fast quote on my implant procedure, what my insurance covers and what would be my cost and financing if you need it. Dr R and Geiselle have done both my dental implants and are very knowledgeable and caring. Dr R. has been my dentist since I went there and would highly recommend her and Aspen Dental.
Gesielle was very personable and kind! She explained everything she was doing when giving X-rays and Dr.R was able to accommodate to me when I expressed concerns about a previous procedure I had, even though I wasn’t there for that. She offered me multiple different options regarding the reasoning I was there and the previous concerns on a past procedure I had done.
