I was honestly a little hesitant before booking with Aspen, as per some of the other reviews. But I was pleasantly all around surprised with everything. The staff was very kind and understanding. Going to any kind of doctor is not "fun" but the dentist is usually the hardest for me! My dental assistant and dentist were both very friendly, listened to my concerns, and I felt a level of care I honestly haven't gotten most other "highly reviewed" places! I felt they were very thorough in my exam and treatment plan, and as someone without insurance right now, I thought it was going to cost me an arm and a leg! Again, pleasantly surprised with the overall cost and how kind the office manager was. The only "gripe" if you will, is parts of the office were a little "messy," but I don't think that took away from any of the care that I received. Would definitely recommend to any family and friends!
I was so pleased, I went in for a consultation and was given 3 different treatment plans to choose from, I asked a lot of questions and they were so patient and understanding and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I never felt judged and truly felt valued. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Aspen Dental !!
Just needed a tooth fixed in upper denture. Called got an appointment real quick. Got there and they said they needed an x-ray then, for a denture repair. Then told me they could do it tomorrow or next week. So I'm getting billed as a new patient and they literally didn't help me at all. Would not not recommend especially after the other reviews. Oh, the girl at the front desk acts she don't want to there and you either.
My visit was excellent everyone was really nice they were very informative and actually show they care about there patients and for me that means alot I had mouth pain because of my dentures and they took great care of me unlike the other dentist who I was seeing
They were great! Very friendly and they got us in and out quickly. They had many appointments available.
