I was so impressed with the customer service that I experienced at the Stow location for Aspen Dental. I knew that my situation was complicated. The Office Manager, Beth was so patient and calm in explaining how I could get everything done that was needed. I was helped with financing options and shown how I could get my dental situation resolved completely over time. This was by far my best experience in a dental practice for many years. Thank you to Beth and the entire team that treated me with such kindness. I will pass along my experience with my family and friends. Stacy
I had an appointment scheduled for 6pm last night. I went in and everyone was really nice. However it was a very long and slow process. I had originally made the appointment and had checked all the boxes online explaining that I was coming in because I had a couple fillings that had fallen out and I was looking to get them replaced. Your staff proceeded to take 30 xrays of my teeth which was fine and do a full examination of my mouth. However after that the Doctor came over to see me and just talked to me. Didn't ask what brought me in or anything, just proceeded to give me a sales pitch about how my mouth needs $30,000 worth of work. Then as I sat in my chair, they were all in the back room laughing and carrying on and leaving for the night. At this point it was 7pm! I was pawned off on the finance department and was told that I also needed $700 worth of treatment before anything can be done. I had told her that I had just come in to have some fillings replaced and that was all I needed. She spoke with the Doctor who declined to replace the fillings and only said they wouldn't last long. I honestly don't care if they lasted 5 years. I have a wedding in 2 months and need the fillings in my front teeth replaced. I am extremely displeased with Aspen Dental! Seemed like all he cared about was making a sale and not helping my situation!!
I was able to get a same day appointment, for an abscessed tooth. The entire staff was friendly, and made me feel comfortable. I had X-rays, and a full mouth evaluation. I was given an itemized statement of work that needed to be done, and follow up appointments. The whole process was seamless.
My 83 year old mother had a set of dentures made in July 2025. They did not fit properly. She went back several times to get adjustments made. The last time she went, they took her dentures and said they were going to refund her money (approx. $4400) within 72 hours. Nearly 3 months later, they have not sent my mother a refund. How could someone take advantage of an 83 year old? Because of that, I cancelled my dental visits with them. I definitely would not do business with them again!
I felt at ease and all my treatment has been complete. The prices were better than expected! This place is awesome. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
