I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. From Amanda at the front desk, who was welcoming and helpful, to Val, who took my X-rays with such gentle care, everything felt smooth and comfortable. Dr. Choi was amazing at explaining everything clearly and had a very calm, chill, and approachable vibe. Nic, the manager, thoroughly explained my expenses and choices and helped schedule my appointments, which I really appreciated. The whole team was friendly, efficient, and fast, and the office and bathrooms were very clean. I’m truly glad I chose them and listened to the great reviews. I’m excited and happy to come back for my next appointment!
Let me start by saying I'm not a fan of dentist. My first visit to Aspen Dental was awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful especially Val who did all my stuff and had a calming sense which was nice especially for someone that doesn't particularly do well at the dentist. So i would like to thank her for being so good at her job. Then Dr. Yoo who was absolutely amazing!! He was also very calm and had a sense of care to him. I appreciate Dr. Yoo and the great job he did as well. I must say for a dentist trip it wasn't bad at all thanks to the Aspen experience. I highly recommend Aspen Dental, I'd say just give them an opportunity and they will gain your business.
A very professional, clean, and modern dentist practice. Valerie, the Dental Assistant, took care of getting my x-rays and other imaging (very high-tech), and Dr. Choi gave me a thorough examination. Nicolas, the business manager, walked me through the billing and insurance, and got me schedule for my next cleaning. Everyone was very pleasant and helfpul.
The staff is precise and thorough. Valerie walked me through every step of my procedure and put any worries I had at ease. Dr Choi is patient and gentle. Valerie and Dr Choi are a dream team. They provided the procedures I had with accuracy and grace. Nick sat with me to explain all costs and options for me. No part of my experience with Nick, Valerie or Dr Choi felt rushed or as if my questions held no weight with them. Highly recommend their services to everyone.
Loved my first visit! I had an emergency appointment to get my retainer, and Aspen Dental was very flexible and accommodating. Everyone at the office was so kind and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Yoo is super knowledgeable, patient, and explained the procedure so clearly. I left feeling well cared for, and I highly recommend this dentist to anyone!
