Jade and Will were so helpful and nice while doing my scan for my aligners. Dr. Dunkin Moscato was very informative and answered all of my questions. Great office!
I was greeted in a friendly manner and my wait was minimal. Everything was explained to me in an easy-to-understand way. I left the office feeling optimistic that everything was going well in my "denture adventure" and I look forward to getting my permanent dentures in just a couple of weeks.
Absolutely terrible. Called and got an appt at 915 for my daughter’s chipped tooth. We arrived and were told there would be a wait because they are busy and we could reschedule. No thanks it’s an emergency and you had an opening. Over two hours later and X-rays completed on the wrong teeth we were told they could not fix the tooth due to time constraints. So they take our money and don’t fix the problem. Terrible way to run an office.
I originally went to their office in Huber Heights, because of my tooth coming out and they sent me to the Troy office because I wanted my partial done the same day. Both offices were gentle and work me through my concerns. Dr. Mascoto was very nice and talked me through everything. Definitely the place to go with any dental procedures.
I’ve heard so many great things about this dental office! Friends have shared how friendly and professional the staff is, and how comfortable they felt during their visits. It sounds like they really take the time to care for their patients and make the experience as stress-free as possible. Definitely a place I’d consider going to and would recommend others check out!
