⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review I want to give a huge shoutout to Elizabeth at Aspen Dental. She did my teeth cleaning, and she was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. She was gentle, patient, and really took her time to make sure everything was done right. She explained what she was doing as she went, , and made the whole appointment feel easy. You can tell she cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. I left feeling taken care of and actually relaxed — which isn’t something you usually say after a dental visit. She’s a real asset to the company

Elizabeth did my deep cleaning at Aspen Dental. When I walked into her area of work, she introduced herself with a good afternoon and a friendly smile. Her area was warm with positive thoughts anyone can relate to. She let me read the instructions of what the procedure entail. She didn't rush me while I read and signed each page. Elizabeth made me feel comfortable. Thanks to you Elizabeth.

The front desk staff and assistants were very friendly, but my experience with the dentist was extremely disappointing. I was made to feel as if my teeth were in terrible condition and was told I needed a very expensive laser deep cleaning (around $1,000) and that I had 6 cavities. When I explained that I could not afford this and asked for a basic cleaning instead, I was told that was not an option and was declined service. This was confusing, especially since I was quoted around $800 to have all four wisdom teeth removed. Due to feeling uncomfortable and pressured, I requested that my X-rays and scans be sent to another dentist for a second opinion. This process was frustrating and delayed my next appointment. Despite multiple calls and being told the records were sent, they were not received until much later — and initially only one X-ray was sent out of the many taken. After seeing another dentist, I was told my gums were healthy, I only needed a basic cleaning, and I had just one very minor cavity. I do need my wisdom teeth removed, but the rest of the treatment plan I was given here was unnecessary. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated experience. If you are on a budget or want to avoid feeling pressured into costly unnecessary treatments, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before proceeding.

I had some denture work done and was satisfied with work but not the pricing. I then returned to start work on my bottom with cleaning and scaling being the first to get done, and while sticking me with needle to numb I jumped a little (simple reaction) as the doctor acts as if it’s a quick epi poke, then refuses to finish work because she may poke herself, crazy after paying the money I paid today. Complete shitty way to handle business won’t be going back there and don’t recommend on anyone else going there
