Thank you so much for getting me in so quickly for an emergency visit. I was in a lot of pain, and the team took care of me right away. Jennifer was especially pleasant and helpful—she made the whole process smooth and got me in immediately. I truly appreciate the care and kindness.
I was very impressed with my first visit yesterday. all who attended to my appointment where efficient and extremely knowledgeable about their jobs! since I did not have insurance, x-rays exam and everything was free on my first visit. Unfortunately, I was not approved for financing for all the work that I need to get done going to do the bare minimum now, but I definitely will be back when finances allow.
Honestly the staff is great but financially wise and they tell you the insurance would cover the rest but apparently they don't know anything about it then you would receive another bill with the remaining balance. It's been a couple time. My kast issue was on 8/6/24 they pull me to the office to do a procedure and the gave me a print out what is cover by insurance and I ending paying 1000 out of pocket and recently on 1/22/26 receive another bill for the amount of 1072.40 and I call the billing office and told me I need to call the Insurance company to resolve the issue really don't get it honestly I got 2 dentist insurance and anything was covered after 2 years that I did the procedure. PLEASE DONT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL THEY ARE A RIPEOFF DENTIST OFFICE I HAD A FAMILY MEMBER THAT DID TGE SAME PROCEDURE AND GIT TGE SAME INSURANCE AND THEY PAY KESS MONEY AND EVERYTHING WAS COVER PLEASSSSSSEEEE PEOPLE DO RESEARCH AROUND THERE IS BETTER DENTIST OFFICE AROUND THAT THEY DO GREAT SERVICES AND THEY DONT RIPPED PEOPLE OFF LIKE THIS ESTABLISHMENT
Don’t make the same mistake I did!!!!! Pay attention to all the 1 star reviews!! Only dentists office where cleaning isn’t a part of your visit. Spent an hour getting all the X-rays and scans just for the hygienist to tell me I needed a $5000 treatment for gum disease. She said she wanted to trend it, how do you trend something without giving it a cleaning first to see how it progresses over time??? If you want to go without cleaning and have to schedule another appointment for $5k, then this is your place. Otherwise, go somewhere else
I went into today to be seen about services I really needed, as soon I walked in I was greeted warmly. I needed a little help filling some things out and little did I know one of the ladies that helped me was the manager jen, very nice sweet and relatable down to earth and made you feel like you belonged there, and Kayla took my images was very sweet and kind and funny,they made me feel like I was more than just a patient, they made me feel heard and took the time to listen and explain. Great first visit highly recommended
