Patient Reviews
Powered by GoogleI had a dental extraction at Aspen Dental today after experiencing significant tooth pain. The entire team did an excellent job. Although I regret that I don’t remember the name of the staff member who assisted me with the X-rays, he took great care of me, and the procedure went very smoothly. Everyone was professional, kind, and attentive throughout my visit. I’m truly thankful to the entire team, and I’m happy to say that I am now pain-free.
Everyone was so nice and professional. I felt really cared about as l am mostly Deaf and will have a Cochlear Implant in March. They got me all set up to do Xray and see the dentist ,then he expl aimed in detail about implant dentures as l was interested in that. Also got me set up for impressions right away He knew l needed dentures by March so l could speak ok for Audiology rehabilitation after surgery. After impressions done l got to talk to manager who was so well informed and she explained everything well.Together with my daughter as interpreter l bought the savings plan decided on dentures ,she helped us to get finances set up and l paid up front for remainder. I left with 3 to 4 appointments set up so l can get my dentures in time for surgery. I have to say this was a 10 for me.Thank you so much.
Maintain your interest and integrity for the job you love not the one you hate. I speak from my professional experience in CS ,spanning over 3 decades, that I give fair reviews or none at all. This place maintained its reputation of being disincentive and lacking professionalism. For my first ever visit, the disservice started from the moment I presented my insurance to 45 mins later in the waiting area, watching 4 others arrive after me, get seen before I did. Nice not knowing you all.
I’m sorry I could not leave a zero star! As a healthcare professional, I expected much better. I checked in 15 minutes early for a 9am appointment. It was my first appointment at Aspen Dental. Over an hour later, I asked the receptionist, who checked me in, if I’d been forgotten as multiple people who arrived after me, had already been seen and gone! She said she’d check on it, went back to the offices, then returned to her desk saying nothing. I waited 10 minutes more with no acknowledgment or explanation. At that point I went to the desk and said I was leaving. She said she understood and it was her fault. I left. Then I read your reviews. This is not an isolated incident! You need to do MUCH BETTER!!!! And lost a patient!!!
I had an incredible positive surprise when Dr Gonzales, starting work for a crown prep he was told I needed, reassessed and determined he could save the tooth by giving it a new filling. It saved us time and me, a great deal of money.
