I walked into this office with my tail between my legs because that's how embarrassed I was in the condition of my teeth. They were mostly broken and missing. I was always to afraid of going to the dentist so I never went intill I finally made a decision to go to Aspen dental. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made. Everyone there were kind, considerate and very knowledgeable. I walk in thinking about getting implants and I walk out with a fully drawn out detailed plan on how to do just that. Everything went according to plan. When the time came for the surgery I walked out the same day with a set of healing dentures that after a few days looked and felt natural. During the waiting period of getting my permanent set the staff made me feel like a VIP every time I walked in to get a check up or an adjustment. Then when the day came to receive my permanent set, it was all about me. They treated me with such care and kindness and it was like a party the way thay presented me with my new teeth. And the fit was just about perfect. When I did have to come in with some slight adjustments they were always free of charge and again I always feel like a VIP. Everyone knows my name and I feel a personal connection with the ones that take care of me. If you do have to get this done or something similar it is an investment no matter where you go, but I would not invest my money with anyone but Aspen dental. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! I have had a lot of bad experiences at many other dentists, but from the very beginning Joe has gone out of his way to make me feel welcome and comfortable! He takes the time to help me understand what is going on and why! Not only with the financial end of things but with the dental side as well! He is very knowledgeable in every aspect of dentistry and he communicates it very well! The dentists and specialists also did a great job at making sure I was comfortable and relaxed and addressed all of my concerns and questions without judgement! I am extremely pleased with the work they have done and I will continue to come here for any of my dental needs! Although Aspen Dental is a large corporate company, the wonderful staff here at Mansfield (shout out to their star player Joe!!!) make it feel like a family owned business. With their friendly faces and open arms they welcome patients into their family! If you are looking for a dentist who can take care of all your dental needs, that makes sure you are comfortable and relaxed and that you look forward to visiting, then you need to go to Aspen Dental in Mansfield!!
My first visit was beyond my expectations. Everyone was so kind and professional. I was explained the outcomes of procedures needed in the future, the cost and financial plans that best fit my needs. I am relief, feel peace walking in to my next appointment.
Called for an emergency filling and was sent to an appointment made for a filling and got a cleaning. Went again the next week for a filling and was offered a cleaning. I walked out; don’t go here. High tech cool equipment there though.
Really Great Service: I was a bit of a difficult patient, sorry. I needed new lower dentures, my 3rd lower. I also needed a small tooth fragment removed first. The care that was given to ensure a good alignment for my new denture was a first for me. What a difference in my bite on food. Wonderful staff, nice office. Thanks for exceeding my expectations. Taylor, Joe and Sidney are why this business Rocks. Thank you all... ;)
