Dr. Hasan is the best- he always explains everything he is doing and my options to me. You can tell that he enjoys his job & the people he works with!! All the hygienist & assistants have always been very nice. Today I had Hilda, who was very welcoming and easy to talk with. She made me feel very comfortable during my appointment!
Good all around, I appreciate everything that they’re doing for me. Nicolly was excellent with helping me out and going over all the details. Dr. Hasan was very professional and friendly. Evelyn was awesome going over finances and helping me set up a payment plan for my new dentures. I couldn’t have picked a better place to come to 10 out of 10 all around

Everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, and professional, which immediately helped ease my nerves. I especially want to recognize, Evelyn, one of the front desk staff members, who truly went above and beyond. She took the time to walk me through everything step by step, explaining the process clearly and patiently so I never felt rushed or confused. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me choose the best payment plan option for my needs, making what could have been a very stressful situation feel manageable and reassuring. I was very nervous coming in, but her compassion, warmth, and professionalism completely changed my experience. She was absolutely phenomenal and made me feel comfortable, understood, and confident in my care. Because of her, and the wonderful team overall, this visit turned into such a positive and welcoming experience. Anthony, the office lead, was incredible — knowledgeable, professional, and always made sure everything ran smoothly. Sheyla, the lead dental assistant, was outstanding and so reassuring throughout my visit. The dental assistants Miranda, Alannah, Nicolly, were all wonderful — kind, attentive, gentle, and genuinely caring, which made such a difference in my experience. A special thank you to Evelyn, the office manager, who was extremely helpful, organized, and welcoming, making everything from check-in to checkout seamless and stress-free. And of course, Dr. Basheer Hasan was phenomenal — professional, compassionate, and thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. This team truly goes above and beyond for their patients. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Woburn to anyone looking for excellent care, a supportive staff, and an overall outstanding dental experience!
