I have always had high anxiety walking into a dentist's office. But NOT at Aspen dental in waterbury , this is their new location so it is very clean and spacious, from the moment I walked in, they were very friendly and welcoming. I was able to book my first appointment for the next day, which was a plus, I didn't have to wait weeks before seen. The whole time I was there everyone treated me with respect and helped me feel calm with conversation and laughter . At the end brian was very helpful breaking down my treatment plans and I liked they had payment plan options. So far I love their services here ! Thank you!
I went in for a general check up and cleaning. The staff members were absolutely fantastic! Super personal and friendly, I had an amazing experience with every single member especially Maria and Lin! Would highly recommend this Aspen in particular to anyone looking for dental related services! 😁 10/10 will come here everytime!
This was a BAD Experience for me. To make a long story short. I came to Aspen because i was told that they had an oral surgeon while setting the appointment over the phone , so I get there and they ask me to fill out a form. The receptionist asked me what I was there for. I told them tooth extraction! And that I was in pain. They charged my card took X-rays then proceeded to tell me after finally seeing a doctor that they dont do extractions that day and that I would have to take my pain meds and wait until the following week on next FRIDAY because apparently they only have an oral surgeon that comes in ones a month. I sat there and just looked thinking to my self. All they could have done was give me a referral to another dentist if possible without charging my card and giving me an entire mouth exam I didn't ask for. Then the manager walks me to the front tells me to have a seat and tells me in order to get everything done there you’re looking to pay $4000. As he sat awkwardly waiting for my response. Im in my head like I just want 1 tooth extracted. So I asked him if I can get my X-ray to be transfer to anther dentist he said it would take about 5 business days in order to do that. And it was at this point I left and found a nice professional dentist who got me in and out in no time with out all the theatrics I had to go through with Aspen. Never again will i go to this company. I would give this a zero star but the only way to post this is to give a star.
The staff are super friendly and the oral surgeon is amazing! He had the tooth out in less than 2 minutes. Once the novocaine wore off I have some discomfort, but it isn't too bad!
I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist. I had a root canal and made it through without incident. The providers were both very caring and considerate of my anxiety and made the experience much better than I expected.
