Patient Reviews
Powered by GoogleI had a great experience today with the front end staff and also with my dentist. Alexis should be awarded and metal for her exceptional concern for her patience. She is very personable & knows exactly what her patients need. This is exactly the kind of Dr./Dentist I have been looking for. They are very Rare and hard to find. Thank you Alexis and staff for your exceptional work.😃😍
Everyone at Aspen was so warm and welcoming. I apologized for nothing to what was most likely an annoying degree and they didn't mind one bit. Very great with communication and we're very happy to answer any questions I had. Also, they all are hilarious, great sense of humor. Had me laughing for most of my visit. Strongly recommend choosing Aspen Dental.
Dr. Cashmore was so amazing with my Grandma. Took her time to explain things to her and was so kind and helpful. My Grandma was at ease and didn’t feel anything when she pulled her tooth. Would recommend her!
My husband went twice in December 2022. He provided his insurance card and paid what he was asked to pay; approximately $300. He was told that insurance would be billed the rest. Pretty standard, right? Wrong. In May 2023 we got a bill for over $1000. My husband called and was told it was a mistake, to disregard. In June 2023 we received the same bill. My husband called again. He emailed them a copy of his insurance card at their request (the same card given in December 2022). We continued getting a bill every month and every month, my husband would call to see what was going on and ask them to please bill our insurance (our insurance company says Aspen Dental has made no attempt to bill them). Last month, Aspen Dental told my husband that they did bill our insurance and that both claims were denied. My husband asked to see the denial letter because again, our insurance company has no record of Aspen Dental filing a claim to be approved or denied, so our insurance company doesn’t have a denial letter on file. Aspen Dental says they are unable to “pull up” said denial letter in their system to show us, but “it’s there” they say. But to pacify us, they said they would re-bill both claims. Fast forward to today. I called our insurance and again, they say Aspen Dental has not filled any claims, and that due to timely filing, our insurance will deny any claims received 1 year after the original date of service (December 2022). My husband went into the Aspen Dental office today. He once again gave them a copy of his insurance card and asked them to bill our insurance before the 1 year date. The office gal said this is the first time my husband has given her “this” card. My husband showed her the email he sent in June 2023 with the same card, the only dental card we’ve ever given them because it’s the only dental card we have. The most recent bill from Aspen Dental says their next step is to send us to collections. I can’t put into words how upsetting and stressful all of this has been.
Everyone was very kind and attentive to my wellbeing. The included me in all decisions about my care. They made sure I was well informed on my care and the cost. They made me feel very comfortable.
