Top notch Dental Facility in every aspect. The manager knows her job and you will see her fill in at the front desk when needed. The techs are absolutely wonderful and professional. The doctors are upper level skill in all aspects. Emergency visits are easily scheduled as are walk-ins. The craftsmanship is that of Beverely Hills when I compared my teeth to known work in Beverly Hills. The entire process for me as an emergency restoration was 10 days which is lighting fast. Thank you for such top shelf cosmetic restoration. I already have close friends who were amazed at the wonderful artistic results. I can't say anything more because this says it all. Or and the price was more than fair.
All of the staff was amazing and very sweet! I needed a fixed filling and they got me in as quick as possible and were extremely helpful with setting up a plan with my whole smile and walking me through setting up a financial plan. Best dentist office around!
They lied to me and told me I was covered by insurance for all work they scheduled. I got the work done and got an approximately $3,000.00 dollar surprise bill from them. Even though they used deceptive methods to get me to get the work, I choose to make payments on the bill, I would never have agreed to due to being on SSDI and being on a fixed income. I paid $300(18% of my monthly income)a month and paid down over a$1000 in a short time. They advised that wasn’t good enough and sent it to collections. They are deceptive with their practices and if they victimize the disabled, you can only imagine what they will do to someone they feel has more money to lose Look at the attached picture to this review. That’s a picture of the veneers they put on my front teeth. Look at how uneven they are and the lack of space between the teeth. They refused to fix them as well.
The girls that did my X-rays and evaluation were so sweet, competent and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable. The dentist explained everything very well. I liked them all very much and I have no doubts going back for anything else I need with my mouth care
It's been alot of years since I've been to a dentist, so I had alot of anxiety about this appointment. After meeting with the dental staff, I felt more at ease. I was treated with kindness and respect. Any fears or insecurities were put to rest. They helped me with a payment plan for what my insurance didn't cover. The team at Aspen Dental are so caring, understanding and very friendly. They are the best!!!
