I had a very positive experience at Aspen Dental in Concord. The doctors and staff are both competent and genuinely kind, and they made me feel comfortable and well cared for during my visit. It’s clear that everyone there is working very hard to provide good care. That said, the office is extremely busy and seems to be short staffed most of the time. Even with that challenge, the team does their best to stay organized and attentive. The wait can be a bit longer because of how busy they are, but in my opinion it’s worthwhile because the care and professionalism are there. I really hope management is able to hire more staff soon so the team can get the support they deserve. They’re doing a great job under a lot of pressure.
I had an excellent experience at Aspen Dental in Concord. The team was very welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. The front desk staff were organized and helpful, and the clinical team explained every step clearly, which made the visit comfortable and stress-free. The office is clean, modern, and well-equipped. I truly appreciated the respectful communication and patient-centered approach. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality dental care and outstanding service.
Wendy did a fantastic job with my deep cleaning. She took the time and made sure to use plenty of numbing gel to keep pain down. Very happy with her work. My teeth feel amazingly clean. Would recommend you ask for her. Thanks Wendy !

Well lol, let's see everyone in that entire building are absolutely awesome no joke, gotta give it up to Dr. U she did an amazing job taking care of my teeth. I recommend anyone or everyone to go to concord. I had a real bad experiment in West Lebanon Aspen Dental so I transferred and let me tell you im glad I did. Camille and the ladies are wonderful people. Thank you guys for everything ☺️☺️
