I am giving 2 stars just because of Rhonda, the front desk lady being very sweet, and the ability to make emergent appointments and walk ins. They have rotating oral surgeons. For my wisdom tooth extraction, they scheduled me for it within the month but the surgeon did not remove all of my tooth, nor was I told about it. I was unable to open my jaw for a follow up exam due to extreme pain,lock jaw, and continued vicodin usage which is no longer helping. The dentist was unable to complete the exam due to not even being able to fit the mirror in the back of my mouth. They refused to give me a further work note and it has now been a week and I still am unable to eat anything but soft foods, and unable to sleep for more than 3 hours straight due to pain, once I finally fall asleep. She actually told me she would give me a note til Feb 9th, then gave me a same day work note to return the same night knowing I was still taking a narcotic, then when I stated this wont work, they changed it to the 7th and refused to offer further support. No steroids for the lock jaw. Nothing but deal with it and we'll see in a week. So now I am on a month straight of tooth and jaw pain radiating to my ear. Not only did they refuse, but the office manager Sydney, gave me extreme attitude stating i was only given 8 vicodin anyway so it cant be hurting that bad. She has since ignored any email I have sent requesting a regional managers contact information. I go back Wednesday for more x-rays. I took a photo with my phone and can see my jaw bone along with decayed wisdom tooth that was left over. No it is not a bone fragment as it is stiff and wont wiggle loose. It is attached to the bottom. Once I receive my updated x-ray and potentially get the rest of this tooth removed, I will be contacting a legal team and a new dentist.
I’ve been to two different locations and was not pleased both times. Half of my face is literally swollen due to an abscess. I was not offered help at the Easton Maryland facility or the one located in Philadelphia PA. I was in severe pain. I left both places feeling like they were money hungry businesses who just wanted to pitch their sales to me that’s it. No regards to my current medical emergency. After leaving I went to the ER they explained to me how the dentist should have not let me leave looking how I looked. My throat was closing and swelling was going to my eyes. No one cared and I’m not sure if you have ever had an abscess but leaving it untreated is dangerous and no one cared at all. Knowing I needed an extraction you rather pitch your sales to me stating how I should pick them for my implants or partial smh. And for the record YES I do have dental insurance!
Customer service and billing department are worse than any company I have ever dealt with. My child and I had work done during the time the work insurance changed. I have called to many times and paid out of pocket what insurance should have covered. They will not submit it to the correct insurance. And this is a ding on my credit as I have tried to get it corrected for over a year. I would prefer to give them negative stars. I will be putting in a complaint with BBB. Did I mention that they sent new bill. $1500 that should have been paid by insurance.
Thank you . You have restored me. I have taken very good care of my teeth. Aspen dentist Jae Kim did an outstanding job improving my smile. I will always be thankful. I have never had money to put towards my teeth but Aspen made it affordable . The care they took with me is amazing. Thank you to Jae Kim and the staff who have helped me along to a beautiful smile.
My first experience was amazing. The staff was very kind. Not much waiting around to been seeing or get your issue resolved. Very kind, courteous and the way they take the time to explain; top tier.
