My experience was extremely professional. I was very well pleased and happy. Everyone went pass being nice and respectful and knowing there job. I have no pain the staff kept me very comfortable! I wish I could give a score above a 5. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Gainesville Ga. Thank you again Aspen Dental.

SCAM DO NOT GO HERE. My girlfriend went here for a simple consultation since she hadn’t been to a dentist in a few years. Although she had NO cavities and no signs of smelly breath or tooth aches the doctor tells her that she needs to do a deep clean since she has a permanent retainer on her bottom teeth. They quote her 2750 dollars for the deep clean. And that if she wants to book the appointment she has to pay the day she books it. That already seems extremely sketchy, but I do understand that some places take payment before hand. I convince my girlfriend to get consultations at 2 other places before she goes through with it. The two other places say that she does not requiere a deep clean, that would still need a cleanse nonetheless. We get quoted 1200 at one place and 1300 at another. That’s when I tell my girlfriend to call aspen back and ask them as to what exactly she was being charged for. And they had automatically added on a bunch of unnecessary things to out tab. After we removed some of those thing the total came out to 1750, which is still significantly higher than the other two places. Save your money don’t go here.

Bad Dental treatment! I recently had 3 fillings done by Dr. Kahn. After the fillings I experienced excruciating pain throughout my mouth, head eyes neck and chest. I called Aspen emergency hotline and Dr. Perekh told me to come back next day for more X-rays to see what the problem was. I did and he saw that my bite bad. He tried to fix them by drilling each tooth without anesthesia. The procedure was super painful causing me to cry, so he said he will hurry up and I must try my best to Bare the pain. November 2nd I contacted Aspen again regarding tooth sensitivity and slight pain from which he had worked on. I Spoke office manager Kelli Ware regarding seeing Dr. Perekh to fix the tooth also reminding her that he did not use anesthesia and hurry the job due to my severe pain and crying. Kelli told to that since I have made an appointment with the endodontist for a root canal at a different dental company I should go to them to fix my tooth. I asked her what does the endodontist have to do with my tooth that was filed at Aspen dental. She said, “well they have a special tool to fix your tooth”. I had to insist that the endodontist knows nothing about my fillings done at Aspen and I should not have to go somewhere else for help. She finally told me to come in to see Dr. Perekh. When I got there she had a attitude towards me, rolling her eyes and puffing up her face as if she was very mad. She said nothing to me. Dr. Perekh said he will fix my tooth again without using anesthesia. I told him I needed anesthesia and reminded him that I was in severe pain the last time he refused to use anesthesia. He also had an attitude when I told him that the manager tried to deny me treatment. I was treated worse than an animal. I know God do not like ugly. And they will get their reward of woes from The Most High!
