I should have listened to others that have had incredibly poor experiences at Aspen, but I went against my better judgment thinking this office might be different. Unfortunately no. I feel completely scammed and left disappointed and out of pocket. When I went in originally I was given a $17,000 quote, but I was then told they can apply some sort of discount and it ended up being nearly 13,000, which I agreed to. Everything they were going to do was laid out and I paid upfront. This is money that I had saved for this purpose and it was a big deal to me. At first everything seemed fine. The office and dental staff are extremely friendly and kind. This has no reflection on their job performances because I would rate them all individually very highly. However, fast forward to my last visit. It was just for a cleaning, but when I was leaving I was told that there was some changes to my care plan and ultimately I we'll need to pay another $7,000+ to continue and complete my dental work. I was shocked and taken by total surprise. Now I am left with a janky looking smile, out THOUSANDS of dollars, I need to find a reputable dentist office and start from square One.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️ I had such a great experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The front desk made check-in quick and easy, and the hygienist was gentle, thorough, and explained everything clearly so I felt comfortable the entire time. The dentist took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. You can truly tell they care about their patients and take pride in their work. The office itself is clean, modern, and very well organized. If you’re looking for a dental office that makes you feel at ease and provides excellent care, I highly recommend them!
Amazing care, very passionate of what they do. The atmosphere was amazing. I felt so at ease and comfortable there. Great teamwork. All the ladies were so kind and understanding of my needs. The doctor was so compassionate and so knowledgeable of my situation. This is a must go to place . I recommend it 1000 percent.
Team efficient office. Service was wonderful. Everything I needed to understand about my dental health was fulfilled and explained in a way that allowed me to make the better decisions for the health of my teeth. Even on a day where staff is short, I appreciated the efforts of each dentist, assistant and reception desk alike for working together to ensure clients were taken care of respectively.
Everyone was great no issues. The only negative is having to break everything up into different appointments rather than getting it all done at once. All of the staff were pleasant and kind very non judgmental and help you feel relaxed. Fiona did my initial X-rays and was very patient and understanding.
