I was very pleased with the dentistry office on Fruitville Pike called Aspen. I called for an emergency visit for my tooth. I was seen the same day for a molar that came out while chewing bubble yum gum. The gum was on sale. The last remembrance of this soft piece of gum that tasted good was in highschool 40 years ago. The $ 1.49 gum made a hug debt for my teeth, gums, and mouth. I was happy to receive such memorable experiences at this Dentist Office. I was very thankful to God for His direction to get me through this moment with a peaceful heart and the confidence to know this too shall pass. The gentleness and kindness of each of the employees was seen, heard, and felt. Each employee had a certain job that made the appointment extra special. I learned that smoking cigarettes made the huge problem that caused my gum disease. The lack of care for 5 years in my mouth of yearly cleanings, X-rays, and fluoride treatments made a big problem that needed done quickly. The stage 2 of gum disease would produce my teeth to fall out from the infectious bacteria below the gum line. I need Periodontal Treatment that removes the unhealthy bacteria. Also the ex-rays of my whole mouth made it visible to see all the work needing done for my teeth. I was grateful that during my consultation I understood the plan of action for my teeth, gums, and mouth. The care plan was addressed and the action plan noted. I felt at ease to have the knowledge and the understanding of this plan, the things needing done in the areas of my mouth. A diagram of the teeth and the single tooth needing love and care was easily present when reviewing this action plan. I felt happy to know all this wisdom explained and why it was needing done. The cost of each action was shown and the total cost was given. A very organized company that made you feel welcomed was my first experience at Aspen. The extra care to have once again a great smile, healthy gums, and teeth.

The scheduling team is very incompetent. I was told in December I would receive a call in January from the scheduling team to get my daughter on schedule for a root canal. End of January and no one called me. I called the office February 3 and was told they needed to confirm insurance coverage. I went ahead and gave them our insurance information although they already had this information from our December appointment so them knowing she needed a root canal they should have done their diligent work and checked on coverage, they had 2 months to do this but waited till I reach out. I was told I would be called the next day to schedule once coverage was confirmed. I called the office again on February 9 and was assisted by a different person on the phone who told me the same thing as the person who took my call on the 3rd that they needed to verify insurance coverage. I told them I was already told this would be done 6 days prior and I myself called my insurance to make sure on coverage and I was informed we had no deductible. I was told I would be a call to get her scheduled and here we are now end of February and no one has called. At this point I'm done trying to get her scheduled and only reason why I even bothered to continue to call them is because no other Endodontist in Lancaster does pediatric root canal who take Delta Dental. I much rather take the drive to York, Reading etc. then continue to deal with the staff from this office.

This is the worst dentist office I have ever seen. The dentist is literally seeing 5 other patients in the middle of seeing you. You are literally just a number and dollar sign to these people. Whatever quote they give you, make sure you have it in writing because they will for sure charge your account a way more different amount. No one in the office seems to know what they’re talking about. Communication or professionalism is no where to be found. Absolutely worst experience. You’re better off doing your tooth procedure on your own rather than coming here. If i could give a negative star I would.

I started my procedure with getting partials back in October. My experience was excellent. The staff was very helpful nice and supportive. I finally got my permanent set of partials yesterday January 27, 2026. I am very pleased with the service. I highly recommend going to Aspen Dental and my procedure was done on Fruitville Pike in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Katie and Mia were nice to me. Katie answered all of my questions and I had quite a few. Spoke with Mia on phone to change my scheduled appointment and she was very polite. Terrific staff there at the Lancaster facility!
