I spoke with the corporate office regarding a deal I felt was too good to be true to which they confirmed it was in fact true. After paying the price quoted to be seen, I was moved to a second waiting room, had X-rays, had my gums checked and saw the dentist for his recommendation. Then, I was returned to the second waiting room to wait further - I thought for the cleaning. Instead I was ushered into the ‘business’ office where the manager reviewed what my options for cleaning would be along with the price for cleaning. I asked about the deal and she said she was unaware of it. At that point, I said we have nothing further to discuss and left. I was there for 2 hours being shuffled from room to room. Had I actually had the cleaning it would have been another half hour at minimum. No more corporate dentist for me. I’ll find an honest independent dentist that is truthful in pricing. Beware!
After getting my partials back from thr lab, they were SUPER tight. Tiyah and Kenzie adjusted them to perfection 👌🏾
My first time ever going. But I will say they were the friendliest people from start to finish. I was very satisfied with my visit. My next appointment is just in a couple of days
If I could give zero stars I would. This entire experience has been a plethora of headaches and hurdles. I went to aspen dental in September of 2025 seeking help with removing my top teeth. I was quoted 20k for top removal and dentures. My insurance covered most of it and I paid the remainder in cash. Fast forward 2 months before aspen even schedules me for surgery. They only have 1 surgeon and he fell through 3 appointments because he could not make it to the rome location. Mind you I have been in pain this entire time. Finally having enough I scheduled to an aspen location 2 hours away where the surgeon was. The surgery would have went great however they left several broken teeth in my mouth. I called today to setup getting my dentures and have the teeth they left in removed. I was informed I would have to pay another 4,000 to get their mess up fixed and get my dentures (which I've already paid for!) Save your time save your money and go anywhere but aspen dental.
I had my first visit with Aspen Dental, Rome Ga and it was wonderful! Brooklyn and Kenzie were so awesome, I can't say enough great things about them and Dr. Self was kind, gentle and explained everything so I was put at ease. I felt seen, heard and treated with dignity and respect. I was worried about the price but the lady in billing had already contacted my insurance and everything was broken down for me, it was a relief! I was honestly surprised at the prices and the treatment I received being that Aspen Dental is a big company. I was afraid I would be paraded through in a hurry but they took their time, made sure I was good with everything they were doing and helped my anxiety go to zero. I highly recommend the Rome, Ga. office.
