I came in as a first time patient with an oral emergency, looking like a cartoonish chipmunk with a severely swollen cheek/jaw, convinced i was battling an abcess. I was especially worried as I am almost 5 months pregnant. The entire staff was wonderful. I did not feel like just another file to complete to end the day ( I was their last appointment slot) The entire experience was calm, reassuring, and felt like I was around friends who just happen to know their stuff about oral care! :) I worked with a small framed assistant, my initial anxiety when meeting her did not serve my memory well, but she was incredibly kind and gentle with the pain i was experiencing while performing the x-ray. Ashley, the dental hygienist was very informative, friendly, and way to discuss concerns with. Dr. Lopez came in and the same enthusiasm/ calming energy came through as she prescribed the next steps for my care. Nothing felt rushed or pressured. I was given options and a gradual plan moving ahead. I really appreciated every moment of this, otherwise stressful, needed appointment. I highly recommend coming to this location. I left feeling confident, seen, and truly valued as a patient. Thank you Aspen Dental on Thomasville Road!

I cannot say enough good things about this dentist office. It was my first time there and I was extremely nervous but the staff was friendly and inviting. As for tge service I must say they are very thorough, they take their time and make sure you understand everything that is going on and they include you in what it is that you want to do. Both dental hygienist was kind and mental especially Princess when she was completing ny deep cleaning. They made sure to make sure I was comfortable and I truly appreciate that. As for the billing although I have dental insurance there was a balance but the young lady that helped me at the billing department assisted me with getting financing and clearly explained everything that was getting billed for and she did it while being so nice, caring and helpful. I do not have anything bad to say about this place. The facility is extremely clean which I love and the staff seems to love their jobs as it shows in how they treat their patients. And no time did I feel like they were just trying to get money out of me by offering things I don't need or trying to up sell services. I truly wish they took children because I would have brought my children there in a heartbeat.

They will not answer the phone if their life depended on it. I am about to go in for Wisdom teeth removal and they have me marked for local anesthesia which I am paying for deep anesthesia. I'm trying to get in contact with them and have called them four times. Completely unprofessional and I'm honestly scared to go into my appointment now since they haven't called or told me any prep I need to do. I've had to go off of what the internet has told me. Edit: Due to a 'verbal misunderstanding' I'm marked to go and get them removed with only mild sedation. They also messed up my payment plan because I know for a fact I did not select to pay minimum payments for the next 18 months. I truly believe they messed up and are trying to cover their behinds. Edit 2: Added one star for the staff who were all very nice and sympathetic for the situation. The removal proved to be one of the worst experiences of my life but again, the staff was very encouraging and sweet and did all they could for the situation.
