Had a referral sent here for wisdom teeth removal so I gave them a call this morning & was told I would be on hold. The woman on the phone never put me on hold she set the phone down and continued to have a 20 minute conversation (yes 20 minutes I listened to this) with her coworker (I could hear everything) about foster cats and dogs, talking about taking time off & then talked about a woman of color. I said “hello?” On the phone thinking she might hear me and realize I had been waiting but no that wasn’t the case. I then hung up and tried to call right back and they never answered the phone. Very very unprofessional. I called my dentist and asked for a referral somewhere else.
I hate to say it, but after reading the reviews it seems that there is a pattern of behavior at this office. My son went with his girlfriend to her wisdom tooth extraction appointment and she was turned away due to them not feeling comfortable with her autism. They also said that her pain wasn't due to the impacted tooth that she was referred by her dentist for. It seems that they may treat patients differently that have state insurance. I hope that I am wrong but after reading the reviews I see a pattern. He also witnessed them making fun of her while doing paperwork. It seems to me that this office lacks professionalism and caring. I will make sure to never utilize their services for my family.
Highly recommend!! I had to have 2 cracked teeth pulled and I had lots of anxiety from bad experiences at other dentists but they put me at ease. They are knowledgeable & caring. Even getting my prescriptions was easy, they were ready at a pharmacy close by with a drive thru for easy pickup. Thank you Aspen oral & facial surgery for easing my way and taking care of me, your the best!!
I got a referral from my dentist to have all my teeth removed. So They called me once I tried to call him again because I have not heard from them whatsoever. I left them a voicemail, no call back. I just left another voicemail today. And I'm definitely not expecting a call back from them. They're extremely unprofessional, and they don't know how to answer to the phone when they're open
I have been to orthodontists, dentists, oral surgeons and I have never in my life experienced a place like Aspen oral! I got referred to by my regular dentist to have a tooth pulled because my roots are long. I hadn’t heard anything back after the referral so I called to make the appointment I continually called and it would go to an emergency line and I would have to leave my information and would not hear anything back. when I did hear something back they needed information from my doctor so I had to go through that whole process and even my doctor complained about trying to get a hold of this place. I finally got everything done and was literally sitting in their dentist chair when I got told that because I had a procedure done with my leg getting my hip replaced that I would need to be on more antibiotics prior to their visit And that I would have to contact my surgeon that did it to send me antibiotics. I live an hour and 40 minutes away from this dentist I have been having severe tooth pain for two months and as I’m sitting in the chair they turned me away. I wait a week I got a call from my surgeon telling me that my antibiotics are ready to pick up I hear nothing back from the dentist and when I call to make an appointment their receptionist Rebecca was extremely snarky and I asked her why she was being so rude I have never experienced this in my life how rude they are there. I don’t care if they’re going to retire I don’t care what they are the next day I’m at work and I get a call from my original dentist telling me that they’re going to refer me to somewhere else because Aspen isn’t going to see me!?!? Are you kidding me !!!please people don’t waste your time here the office building looks like somewhere in Mexico the way that you get treated is like crap!! I think this is my first ever Google review on anything I would give them zero stars but you have to give them one in order to leave a review.. I really don’t even know how they’ve been in business I really don’t. But I’m gonna take it as a blessing because that old man needs to retire I don’t even know that he could see my tooth to pull it out so I will take it as a blessing
