I had gone to Aspenwood dental as I had a severe tooth pain from a filling that was done at another dentist office. I met a doctor Yaros. We consulted and he got me in that day to an endodontist. Who figured out what the problem was, and proceeded to start with a root canal. That endodontist figured out that the filling was oozing that another dentist had done. And he corrected that. His name is Dr. Salarabi. Dr. Yaros was extremely professional and polite. He explained everything to me. He was going to put the crown on the root canal and pull an upper left back tooth. Well… The crown came out of that upper left back tooth last night so I called Aspenwood Dental this morning. They are very nice. They got me in and a doctor Lisa Augustine Worked with me that day as Dr. Yaros was not going to be back in the office until Monday. also very polite and professional gave me some options. I decided to pull the tooth. She did an excellent job and I had no pain during the procedure. I really appreciate the fact that Aspen would Dental could get me in on short notice both times. They are amazing and I will continue to use them. Everybody in the office is very nice. They look you in the eye and treat you like you’re important to them. I love that. I will continue to use them. My family has been coming to Aspenwood for years and they are even out of network for us but we still keep coming back. We used to go to a chain dentist and had multiple bad experiences and came here from a friend's recommendation and have never looked back. Dr Augustine is our regular dentist but I've also been seen by 2 others and everyone has been fantastic. Our regular hygienist is Kelsey and she is equally amazing. Truly everyone in this office is friendly, professional and treats their patients with the utmost care. The office is so clean and I'm always amazed with the new technology they continue to upgrade to. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dental practice.
Dr. Agustine and her staff are so warm and friendly that you feel at ease almost immediately, and that’s not something I usually say about going to the dentist. What meant the most to me was how much they actually cared. They didn’t rush through anything, they listened to what I was worried about, and they explained things in a way that made me feel informed instead of overwhelmed. The entire staff is so attentive and kind, always checking in during the visit to make sure I was comfortable and doing okay. They are incredibly easy to reach and responsive. When you call, they actually get back to you quickly and help you plan the right appointments easily. I’m extremely grateful for the care I’ve received from this dentistry and it’s staff. My son had his wisdom teeth removed at Aspenwood Dental, and the care from Dr. Sun, Jason (his assistant), and the anesthesiologist was outstanding. Their communication and follow-up were clear, direct, and very reassuring. He’s on day three of recovery now and doing excellent. I’ve been going to Aspenwood Dental since I was 10 years old, and this experience reminded me why I’ve trusted them for so many years. Thank you! Highly recommend!
